    The chips take the heat away. Running proper speeds and feeds will save the tool. Sharp tools run cooler. Using the proper tools for the job keeps tools sharp. Coolant is ok, but it all depends. Just ask Brandon....

    Ahhh , 'very nice' ! * When the table gets CLEANED & DRIED , it would be a fair idea to MARK the spots that DRIP , ( on the table ends ) . . . wipe the areas with some acetone or lacquer thinner - ( I'm CHEEP , & would use a bit of GASOLINE ! ) then put a dab of silicone sealant where it leaks ! "TA DA" ! *Save a few pig mats ? A 'rubberized magnet' would make a good DAM for stopping coolant from flooding over the VISE , onto the floor ! * maybe a strip of rubber with holes drilled to take a couple neodymium magnets ?
