Trevor. Just want to say I appreciate you. Found your videos after an acute back injury a few years back. Did some of your stuff for a few months and made a complete recovery. A few years later I did the same for a shoulder impingement. Same results. I actually incorporated that stuff into my workout because I realized from you that physical therapy just mimics deficiencies in my workouts. Recommend your videos all the time in my circle. Preach brother.

You rock Trevor! I appreciate you and all you do help make others lives better. Your work ethic and discipline is extraordinary. Don't let hating trolls take away from who you are and all that you do. Getting pissed at douchebags who are always going to remain douchebags is hard on your health.

Trevors been watching too many Tate videos. You need more charisma and less anger to pull off what Tate does. The message isn't bad but the delivery needs work. Just my 2 cents.

The idea is TRENing these days. I remember when he was calm, helpful and understanding. I don't know who hurt him but he's not the man I started following. Wish him the best in his new direction. Thx for the rehab vids helped me and alot of ppl I know get back to lifting.

Its not working for him at all, i also liked his older videos and his persona but he is totally unwatchable now, hope he can get out of the angry hateful state he seems to be stuck in!

@@6bt_str864 Possibly. I like Trevor. Have nothing against him but he needs to be able to take constructive criticism on the chin. If he's the man he says he is, it'll only motivate him more. If he's not the man he says he is, he'll sweep it under the carpet and point fingers, which is what he seems to be doing.

It's just an excuse for every single one that THINKS they have ADHD but really don't , even if they do it's just an excuse for their own undisciplined life and not knowing their goals and why they want to achieve their goals. I have ADHD but i use it as a superpower especially for focusing on something hard , do something hard for yourself to improve , if it's hard for you to talk to strangers go do that , if it's hard to go to the gym , you do that , everything that is hard you do it and believe me it's only been a year of this and i have forgotten the phrase ADHD untill i saw this comment. Don't use it as an excuse because you are capable of achieving everything in life.

@@arminded12 I'd agree with most of that. People love being 'diagnosed' with unscientific 'conditions' these days. It allows them to deny accountability and blame their life situation on factors 'out of their control'.
