Don't forget to draw up a planting plan so you know what went in where, as labels don't last forever. I need to rescue a Japanese maple from my late brother's house before we sell it. I gave it to him in 1991 but it's still only 5' tall. I guess it depends on whether it rooted out of the buried container.
I love Japanese Maples. My Dad.has a tree that seeds and we gather hundreds of seedling every year. Non grafted of course but they grow beautiful. I have probably 50 trees that are 30+ years old and are beautiful. We give many many trees away every year. Trees Rock.
He said " some of my Japanese Maples Collection "....100 trees later 😂😂😂 Well it's going to look outstanding, with the different colors and leaf shapes. Always a great watch. Greetings from frozen Cleveland, Ohio.
I’m up in Virginia freezing you down in the deep south drinking umbrella drinks hope you have a good time and I like my 305 too. I use it quite a bit. Enjoyed the video as always.
I planted my first Japanese maple two years ago in the front yard! I resisted for years because nurseries wanted way to much for such a small tree! I found one on clearance and snapped it up! I could never understand why these little suckers are so darn expensive!
Stick your hands in the compost and hold it to your nose and take a deep breath and think back to the truckload of eggs that made the compost smell so good 😂😂😂

Most have to be grafted and are slow growers adding to their expense. They are so worth it though!
Were 361 days until Christmas here in Illinois 1-4-25
Any more channels I don't know about? I enjoy Mr. Dig as well.
