its not that you are old its that your not training like you were, so we like to use age as an excuse.. I think you should change the verbiage to.. YOU ARE DECIDING TO NOW FOCUS ON FUNCTIONAL FITNESS and not ATHLETE FITNESS. NOT EVEN OLD AT ALL! DONT LET THE AGE EXCUSE GET YOU.. POSITIVE VIBES

Jacob will you guys be able to have or make a program for 3 to 4 day workouts for busy schedules? I got back working out, light weight, full body circuit. Knowing that might be beneficial for toning and weight loss.
I just put up grueling 10min workouts that you can pair up...no rest, full body/soul crushers.

First of your a beast! I love training like this but do some health issues I was scared to get back into it. One of my biggest issues is SLEEP 💤 I CANT STAY SLEEP AT NIGHT to recovery

Loving these videos based on adjusting workouts to suit your body as it goes through its natural changes. Since having my 2 babies and recovering from a back injury that just keep lingering to remind me I’m not 21 anymore I really appreciate somebody focusing on how to adjust workouts to suit your body and how to stay fit strong and mobile while you age. Love this, would love a video or short video on how to train to avoid injury in particular back injuries! Thanks again for these videos they’re awesome and I’m taking a lot away from them.
You mentioned that your program is about maintaining what you developed when you were younger. I am a masters swim coach and many of my athletes are starting from scratch, no athletic or workout background at all, in their 60s and over. I would love to see a comparison between your current program and a program for senior athletes learning from scratch.
