Back in the days, I played FIFA17 as my first FIFA and listened to Same Old Blues for the first time. Stuck on me since day one. Now, 8 years later I hear this banger on FC25 and instantly loved it. While listening, I feel the same vibe as years before. Phantogram just seems to make the perfect music for game soundtracks.
I kind of like that I can hear any song from Phantogram and immediately understand it, and I know I can’t really share this with anyone because they won’t feel what I feel when I listen to it.
You guys will always be rock stars in my mind! You literally never disappoint with your lyrics and always stay true to your sound. Always experimenting, but never forgetting that you guys are. I’m obsessed right now.
