"without any cgi" is a stretch. The motion graphics used as input are by definition CGI. Their conversion into signals for the scope is a transformation implemented in software. It's clever software, of course, and used well. An oscilloscope isn't all that fundamentally different than how a CRT operates. Computer-generated imagery on a CRT is still computer-generated imagery, and the same applies on a scope.
This song & video is an ABSOLUTE banger and an incredible ear and eye candy 🍬🧨 im LOVING every second of this. Also, the fact that the video uses absolutely zero CGI and not a single VFX and only pure analog visuals made from sound waves is blowing my mind and its soo aesthetically gorgeous.
