Im new to this and ive just bought the 1971 album. I loved it the moment i heard this song, being the first track on the LP. These guys are my heros, my mod music!😎
Ha, I was 3 or 4 when this came out. Didn't have a clue what they were singing about but I used to love it! Hadn't heard it again till now. This video has me in hysterics looking at the people in the audience. Seriously, they were rocking hard-out LOL makes you wonder if they weren't half dead! But the guy in brown with the glasses ... can tell he's a closet raver eh! Must have been on acid LOL
His actual name was Colin Green - pretty well-known English session player who played a few of Alan Price's albums, but yes - Benny Hill vibe no doubt...
what a Collab.. always liked Georgie fame (always reminded me of tommy steel)😁 but Alan price just topped it up 👌 but the worst part.. the typical audience way back in the day.. like a fweeking MORGUE WTF
fame and price, both class acts. probably too conservative for the times and not likely into major drugs to be cool enough for the wannabees, just the odd pint or two.

I was six when this came out. The audience were quite still in that era. So still you'd think you were at Madame Tussauds.
Same here.
Class. I was 10 yr old ❤
British humour from my teens, but what a serious audience!
Brilliant
A 💎 from the early 70s
Джоржджи красавец мужчина
PC Reg Hollis from the Bill at 0.42 in the audience.
Who were the two old people in the audience? I think Alan Price Father and Mother .
Benny Hill on guitar?
