When you think of "rock 'n' roll," wild Guns N' Roses stories likely come to mind. The band seemed destined for greatness after forming in Los Angeles in 1985. Their debut album, *Appetite for Destruction*, released in 1987, quickly shattered records, selling over 30 million copies worldwide and becoming one of the best-selling debuts of all time. By 1988, Guns N' Roses was arguably the biggest band on the planet. Their songs were some of the biggest hits of the '80s, and many of their albums are now considered rock classics.
However, early success doesn't always guarantee longevity. GnR's massive hits came with equally massive personalities, leading to frequent clashes within the band, countless lineup changes, and prolonged breakups that fans feared might be permanent.

Let’s also keep in mind the amount of times Axl told security to take the camera from the guy, and they wouldn’t. and also how in court the guy who had the camera wanted Axl’s autograph even after the incident!
Gn'R is the epitome of Rock & Roll. The music has gotten a lot of people through good times & bad, because they sang of their experiences they were going through. Drugs in the 80s & 90s was nothing new,so let's not just highlight their usage of illegal substances. It was the norm...these gentlemen were everywhere, they couldn't eat jelly beans without it being reported. Drugs give people the same reaction - usually ending in bad results. These guys at the end of the day,are just human. They differ because the were the best of all time and still are. How lucky I feel to have gone through highschool and my twenties growing with this music. Anyone else who did, I'm sure feel lucky. GnR grew right along with us. I got to see them for the first time in August 2023. They did not disappoint. At the very least, a three hour concert. They still rock. Much love.❤

A year after the Montreal incident, Slash came back to Montreal to apologize on Musique Plus tv Channel (Quebecs MTV). Also, Metallica came back and made an outdoor show with cheap ticket prices that same year

You should meet the band history a bit better! For start - read (just example) Slashes autobiography. Didn’t hallucinate the “Predators with dreads” like the movie Predators! Slash did hallucinate a little demon or something at the beginning,who was actually like friendly.., standing on his shoulder, peeking under Slashes hear, seating on his shoulder, and bla, bla, bla… He was on rehub at some campus, wanna take shower, and he saw the little demon who was now looking angry! He wanted to attack him, and then shows up a bunch of them armed with the axe’s and knives started to chase him trough the camp. He literally runs out of his house running around but naked, and then he runs trough the glass door of the reception house running around and screaming for a few help! But naked in front of the people and.., yes…
The video is great, but you should try to be more accurate!

GUNS WAS MY FAVORITE BAND FROM 88 TO 91 TILL I HEARD AIC FOR THE FIRST TIME...GUNS WAS THERE BEST FROM 85 TO 90 WHEN IZZY LEFT NAW THERE MUSIC WASN'T AS GOOD. THEY WERE NOT RAW ANYMORE THEY BECAME POLISHED

First they lost Steven as their drummer and replaced him with Matt Sorum. Then Izzy left and Slash/ Duff followed suit in 1996. There's been a number of different members since they broke up and it became Axl and friends.
They're doing reunion tours now, but really the band ended in 96

Pretty good job Galm Productions, except that at about 9:15 the video commits the common mistake of repeating the popular myth that Axl Rose jumped off stage and punched a fan simply for taking his picture when actually the whole thing was about Axl telling guards that the guy was stealing a camera but they didn't mind the rockstar dismissing his warning repeatedly so he decided to jump in the crowd and fight the guy himself - that's why he said "Stop that guy and take that. I'll take it, goddamn it. Thanks to the lame ass security I'm going home". Also the story about the Bon Jovi thing at 11;33 had to do with a reporter mockingly asking Axl if he's just a Bon Jovi imitator to spite him

I absolutely loved still do love GNR i had a craxy crush on Axl used to love watching him jump about the stage i was way too young though not ecen a teenager at the time i first saw them in a concert on tv in just remember thinking hes gorgeous and so talented they all were talented loved me some GNR in still do to this day i still had that crush alm the way through my teenage years and into being an adult still i mean i even had a bf with red hair not sure if thst had anything to do with axl or not but yeah first boyfriend lasted 3yrs in was red haired lol crazy love that they gpt bk together happy about that and that there still playing concerts too every time i listen to them i just have great memories and can remember every different moments throughout that time great times but truly shouldn't habe been watching it so young lol glad i did come across it though ❤️
