    I had made this "engine" with 2 solenoids in my school project in 1972. When one iron was pulled into its solenoid core, it struck a T-shaped switch which activated the other solenoid. A very simple but powerful engine.

    Suggestion, include description and specification of components.
    Example: Wire X, Sensor Y, Neodymium Z, Voltage/Amperage...

      Sensor: a hall effect , and a relay.
      magnet: whatever the f fits.
      if you think this guy weighed his options and researched components for years to come down to these exact parts your wrong. he just threw whatever he could get together.
      it doesn't take a masters degree in electrical and mechanical engineering to understand and build a simple solenoid. i've built one.
      this guy probably isn't even american. judging by his build quality and materials used he's from India. just look at other Indian yTubers the build quality will be strikingly similar.
      also the bad taste in music.

    Nice start but should show simple diagram of electrical circuit and more details about cam/switch activated by flywheel. That would be helpful to understanding the electrical concepts involved. Mechanical side is pretty simple and easy to undersand. Sources for parts to build motor?

      36 volts or 24 if you want to be safer

      @@madlad1. Amp = Torque & Volts = RPM or strokes per minute.
      Need to first find the starting torque to overcome restriction of pressure resistance, rotating mass, and entire electrical assembly resistance.

    Amigo ese invento está genial, pero debes hacer y enseñarnos un plano como confeccionar el mismo, se trata de una bobina que se magnétisa y se produce el movimiento de palanca a través del suicher instalado, vi también una pieza eléctrica cuadradita como un regulador de voltaje, amigo pero no sabemos qué voltaje inicial es aplicado para que la bobinita no se queme, en fin muy buen Tutorial.

      He simply used more voltage, he will have a voltage modulator and be able to vary the voltage supply.

      Use pipe flange (1inch size) available at hardware shop. Without hole. If hole is there, then fill it with epoxy.

      It would be DC. I assume that that is what the switch on the pulley was for; to give a signal to the relay to reverse the direction of the current.
