For anyone wondering about 6:44 its actually not too hard to do... thats what people tell me at least! Theres a couple tricks to it tho:
Firstly there are stretches you can do to practice. I don't reccomend actually doing the act like this but it's a relatively comfortable stretch with not enough setup. I explain the posture I use for the actual thing next paragraph. From umm... my friends experience the most effective is where you sit on the floor with your knees out to the side and your feet pressed together in front of you. Then pull your head towards your feet with your hands. You only need to remain in this position for a minute or two every day and in weeks youll see huge improvements!
Secondly, for the act itself, it helps to position yourself lying down facing away from a wall with your head half a metre away from it, then pull your legs up and over. The gravity will help you and if youre positioned correctly you can push against the wall with your feet to get your lower body even further down. Stay in that position for a bit as over time your body relaxes and it gets easier.
You should probably use something soft like a pillow for a headrest. This also pushes your neck forward so i recommend adding stuff like clothes or more pillows to your headrest pile to push your neck forward more.
Getting out of position is often tricky because your back is now used to its new shrimp form. You want to have a ledge to land on, say a chair, so your legs and lower back dont slam down into the ground because of gravity. If you have a lot of furniture around it helps because you can sort of use it like a ladder to slowly lower your legs down going from ledge to ledge.

Ok my confession is when I was in primary 4 , I was sitting in the 3rd row (there where 4 rows btw) and the person behind me putted their fingers between my chair and their table , I purposely used my chair to hit his fingers, making them cry . And if they cry I tried to cheer em up. THE TEACHER NEVER FOUND OUT
This isn't really a sin just me being dense.

The group hides after seeing that situation they also split up so the killer would have an harder time finding all 4 of them all though scered they keep there composer relatively normal for people terifided for there life's they made up an plan to get stuff to help them with escaping alive Ash found rope, a gun and an flash light Ashley found an knife, tape and water Noé found food, first aid kit and phone Leo found handcuffs and an stun gun they regrouped after 1 hour but before they could show the others what they got the killer came back and spotted them so when the killer released they are here he ran after them knife in hand cover in blood there eyes widened as the killer got closer
