Don't feed the little chick there's a reason she's not being fed. Look at it lower beak its deformed his mouth won't even close all the way. Even with his mouth is closed there's a gap you could see right through it on the side bottom jaw is longer than his top.
The same thing I've seen in eagle community the mother eagle also feeds only the elder chicks and the younger chick dies of hunger and also attacked by her own elder siblings.... so sad... but its nature....😢😢😢😢😢

There is often more than a week between chicks hatching, so the first ones to hatch are bigger and stronger, last ones to hatch are the "insurance", and will be the smallest chicks. They usually do not survive, and are eventually eaten.
Oh and I've seen birds throw themselves right out of their nest from greed. Not EVER allowing anyone else to eat So we can't say they were so desperate that they were just disoriented 😂
