Did mom or dad just gave a feeding? Nesting, raising chicks is a time of very high mortality rates, high nest failures. More aggressive birds will take ALL the chicks of other birds to feed their own.
It’s quite common for birds of prey to bully, kill and eat their smaller siblings. Often they will only eat one another if there’s a shortage of food which evidently there isn’t, so here I think it’s probably just trying to eliminate possible competition

Mean chick…smh
It looks like there’s another dead sibling in the nest..wtf!!
SMH…. and where was mom & dad when all of this was happening? They should loose custody of their chicks. Anyhow this makes chick shredding in the egg industry look humane. In the animal kingdom prey are often eaten alive and sometimes painfully slow.
That reminds me of growing up,
I swear everysingle bird video ive seen, i realized when there hungry they will eat anything and everything. 😅 its fascinating and sad at the sametime.
Essa ninhada foi grande em???
8:33 Bro kept disconnecting every 5 seconds😭
Mom often stole a live chick from other nests and took it home for them to eat. These chicks were too young to be able to differentiate which ones are the siblings and which ones are the preys they were supposed to feast on
Perhaps he misunderstood his sibling as prey....?
Who's next
Alabama citizens would say, " That's not how it's done"
The little one didn’t fight back
So Sad 😥💔
This type of enemy is still very ferocious,
We shouldn't let her have children anymore..that's so scary..
Does this hurt the bird?
No it feels good....what a retard question lol
Appreciate the heads up. I will not watch nor continue to follow
And thats the one that will survive out of the pack. THE WEAK NEVER SURVIVE IN NATURE. Get strong men, this is the reality of our world.
What happens when Mom returns ?
He is smart enough to attack the head.
birds almost always go for the head
The other 2 chicks were scared
The other two where like: I don't, care
