We all have the ability to be a badass in our own way. It boils down to the three phases: taking care of yourself, treating people well, and being confident (the goal of alpha m.).
Phase One - Physical
Take care of yourself physically. You will feel like a badass when you take care of yourself. You will be more twisted and sexy in your own way. Working out and eating better will increase your confidence.
Phase Two - Social
You are kind and polite, are respectful, lift people up, and add value to the world. You do you part every day to be the best person you can be. You help people.
Phase Three - Confidence

This is glorious, I've been looking for "is it better to be tall or short?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Dude you are a stud! Awesome video and great content. I really related to the part of being a better person. Too often I've noticed (at least for me) that the "badass" is thought of as tough and only cares about his own way, but that's not the whole picture. A true badass knows his way but he is vulnerable, knows when he is wrong, and when someone else deserves appreciation. You hit it on the nail!

I love how you always summarise the main points in the video down at the description box, with clear and easy to understand listing/structure.
But one piece of advice I would like to offer you is if you could maybe write down the specific point you are explaining on the screen, either as a short phrase or a sentence. I think that would really help give a slightly better structure to the videos, and make them easier to follow (even tho they are very very good!).
But all in all, thanks for the constant badass content, and I do hope you take this constructive criticism to consideration.

At 5'3, 135lbs, in my mid 20's, hardly any muscle and gets sick all the time, I feel pretty damn far from bad ass. And I give up in the gym every time I realize that hasn't changed after going for a week or 2.
Sad as that is to say.

Just a little advice, it would be a great idea if you use transitions, titles for each step or tip, images, and all the stuff to make the things you say in your videos easier to remind in a visual way. What you say is important, and as I said before, it also needs to be visually important.
Also, plus that, you are going to get more people to know you, people will remember what you say in the videos much easier.

But I’ve been struggling with my diet because i am 16 years old and my mom doesn’t like it when I cook for myself in the house when I try to make healthy meals. I’ve always wanted to "eat healthy" but for some reason my mom likes to make a lot of oily Hispanic food. She said I shouldn’t stress about it now. Working out is the easy part. Any advice?!
