In the first episode Dr. Rachuri's shares about his journey as he followed his calling to leave a plush job and life in the USA in late 90s and returned to India to study Vedanta in a Gurukula setting! Callings like this have a divine connection... reminds me of Dhondopant Raghunath Deshpande and his calling... popularly referred to as Jayateertha or Teekacharya... his chance meeting with a saint changed his life and carved a path for students to study and excel in Dvaita Philosophy.
Dr. Rachuri's Journey is unique and inspiring and also throws light on how well structured our Vedic education system is. In this episode he explains about the Dvaita Philosophy, the Gurukula or the Vedic schooling system and how he continued his education in parallel with his work at the Gurukul.
