This is a sheer outstanding speech. It opens your eyes. Excellence has so much to it. I think its a constant process. The speech teaches us to be be more process driven than being result oriented. Irony is failure is so important to success. Creation of luck also holds the key. What you do with the talent and also identifying inherent talent can be a life changing moment for oneself.

How to make a speech interesting? Offer the bitter gourd juice in an orange coated snifter and put the philosophy of the speech with nice cricketing examples. Jeez, this is an awesome speech.
