Hello, i have a similar printer but i’m unsure if the formatter needs replacement. Since a power outage, our printer turns on, but the LCD screen remains off, and the network port link lights are not on. Do you think replacing the formatter might resolve this issue?
Hp m880 network printer some documents printing blank pages .I updated firmware , reinstalled driver ,checked with different pcs , checked with different network cable and different network port ,changed hard disk issue not resolved printer test page and supply status also printing fine but configuration page printing blank pls help
