On my 2005, after replacing this resistor twice, I replaced it with a resistor from a 1996 Sebring model resistor. It is made of ceramic instead of cheap plastic from Mexico. I have not had to replace it since.
It amazes me how people are able to find parts like this that work. I'd have never thought of that. Thanks for sharing that information. And thanks for watching! PS. Sorry it took so long to respond. I'm usually really quick. I didn't get a notification of this message.
Good afternoon, one question, I already changed the resistance but the fan that you see inside where you placed the resistance still doesn't work, what do I need to do, I changed the piece with the same part number and he just didn't want to. Any other common fault that could be?????? Thank you
You may want to check to see if you are getting voltage to the fan. If you are getting different voltage levels as you change the dial, you may have a bad fan motor. Good luck and thanks for watching.
It doesn't look like they are very expensive. I have never done a blower motor. But I would check the fuse first. Also make sure the connector is in tight. I'm not a mechanic, I just fix what I can of mine. Here's a video I found showing how to change out the blower motor. I hope this helps. ua-cam.com/video/_Ppxeq82XIU/v-deo.html Thanks for watching!

I got to get that done before the winter gets here, cause that heat in high is extreme.
That's the good news. Those heaters work great. But on 4 that will cook you. It really is an easy fix though.
Quick little fix!!
Yeah, easier that people realize I think. Of course, not the same on all vehicles. But easy on the Liberties.
