Stuck on ice ruts- 4x4

Still freezing overnight, managed to get all 4 spinning in this set of ruts. As usual, after about 5 mins of spinning and digging and making sure I was actually stuck, I set up the camera and almost made it out on the first pull forward.
20cm of snow in the forecast tonight, followed by double digit temps for the rest of the week- this weekend’s mud pits should be epic.

I was out of this just a little too fast to get inside shots, and had to get to work. (It’s frowned upon to be late for shift change in the control tower.) Next time.
The good news is that we’re about to get hit with another 10 to 20 cm of snow tonight, which will be melting off in the couple days following and make the mud pits extra gooey this weekend. I’ve been waiting for this time of year; it’s almost mudding season 😁🍆💦
