Harambe was here hey bro thanks for watching yeah at the time I was collecting I was mainly buying lebron 11's but he never wore them so I wanted to see why he chose his old soldiers before. I was just in footlocker one day to see what they had in stock and immediately these caught my eye because they were so different. Ppl think they look like mummy bandages but i didn't care and then when I tried them on in store because I didn't know my size in soldiers I was surprised at how much lockdown this design had. Can you imagine if they changed up the traction on this model and added the hexagonal zoom units. This shoe would be sick! But I guess my taste in shoes on some shoes is different from others. Plus this was affiliated to the Jordan bball tourney in France so I was like whoa a lebron with the quai 54??? He's not even Jordan brand and they were cheap maybe like 130-40 and I got to use a $20 footlocker reward so I was like why not. At the end of the day it's what you think is nice and it's your money so if you want to buy it then that's your choice. I like these and if I ever do decide to shoot hoops I'd prob use them but I've played in my kd6 elites and Kobe 9 easters both were multi purpose shoes because I worked out in them then went into the gym to shoot baskets and there was no traction slip even after running a mile on the treadmill. Same thing happened to me, I was in footlocker trying to get the chicagos, and I see these soldiers in the case, they displayed them 3 weeks early
+JZRX SOLE oh they displayed then early where you were at? When I saw them they just put them on the shelf in my hoh but it immediately caught my eye. I always wanted a soldier just to see why he preferred that over the 11 but never got one but this one stood out to me so much I had to grab them! Lol. The other part of the story is Petrie did a hard course correction with the 11 Elite and used it to rebuild the 11 from the ground up, omitting the base 11's "Armorposite" gimmick, instead giving it hard plastic TPU only at the very edges and extremely thin flexible TPU panels at the impact points, so the upper was maximally soft and forgiving, and LeBron actually ended up wearing those on court.

Of this pair bro? This came out last yr they either moved these to the outlet or sold them all already so I'm pretty sure they're all gone. I doubt they are reselling for high and and I don't think fake companies really reproduced this shoe because it wasn't hyped but i like this shoe because it's different and stands out to me so that's the reason I purchased them because I've always wondered why Lebron chose to play in soldiers.
