- Today we are looking at every unit that was falsely advertised in DBZ Dokkan Battle.
These are units that they showed us and mislead us to believe that we would get x unit or we would be getting x mechanic but we did not.
This could also range to errors on banners, rates changes or even the character not being on the banner at all! - Ігри
The 2022 Fraudhan incident will live rent free in my head till the day Dokkan shuts down. That level of blue balling is not tolerated. Not to mention, HE WAS SHIT ON RELEASE!

He was not shit on release and got better in the fusion zamasu meta beacuse it was short and he had type advantage with ki super nullifications
@catlord20 he also needs super attacks to build up, gets no ki, and doesnt even get an additional guaranteed super. He was definitely shit on release
You call the Broly incident a minor one, but it's actually more serious for the devs that you might think. Showing a false image is literally against the law in Japan, so that's why they gave out such big compensation

Beast gohan was one of the biggest let down I’ve seen since i started playing this game. Shit was so huge it actually pushed my brother out of the game, we’ve been playing together for 4 years and half (3rd anniversary to beastless gohan) and he couldn’t accept what happened,
Global not getting SSJ2 gohan and cell EZA was the nail on the coffin and he just uninstalled and never came back …
Didn’t Global get EZA Gohan and Cell a week later? I’m pretty sure they did, but the Beast debacle was awful

@@legendaryred24 It was a huge shitshow to be a global player at that time, everyone on jp were just having fun with those absolutely ridiculously strong units, gohan and cell were the first character to be able to pull 30M attack stats on a daily basis, that was just absurd
On the other hand as global players we had nothing, even though those fucking EZA were part of the movie celebration (which was shared for both version) jp were the only one to get it, that was incredibly disrespectful from the devs, even now I still can’t believe they took that decision
In my opinion it was the biggest L in dokkan history but no offense ur brother took it too seriously he shoulda kept the game tbh now that were getting beast gohan on global soon.
I will always love when i get randomly FraudBeast instead the unit i want because he is "Featured unit"

7:00 GLB still wasn't out of the type meta yet. They still had to release some DFE type leaders. Bringing out the category out then would net them a huge loss in value.
This is true I agree, but to an extent that is. You still have to realize people are gonna need the other units to tackle SBR regardless. Introducing the category systems could have hurt the others but they did realize 200% leaders early on Global and it did not stop people from summoning on the 170% leads

You should try getting more footage for units, even if it’s just general gameplay or showing stuff like the other super gogeta unit animations so it’s not just the 1 clip looping for over a minute with the same ost loop
Yeah I get it can be annoying. I’ll see what I can do for it. Perhaps I’ll do what I did with Kefla and just show a different version of them or start off with their animation and then pivot to another

0:32 it’s honestly kinda funny that dokkan battle players are all hyped up and happy, and excited for the new units, but legend players just stare at the new teasers and announcements in pain. The impossible amount of pain feeling when somehow a new unit in introduced that’s stronger than the last.

The worst part about fraudhan was that he wasn't even a good unit on release. He was unreliable, and had ki issues while orange piccolo was a defensive god.
Tbf i kinda like playing with Beastless Fraudhan, him and Piccolo make for a nice super heroes team

Tbf GLB dokkan handled that pretty well with the stone refund.

I thought you would've talked about the red Vegeto LR, they made a poll and asked players which card they wanted to see as a free obtainable LR. Vegeto won and we had to wait from july 2017 to february 2018 to finally be able to play him in LR form
Also not everyone could've get it especially fresh accounts due to the kaio shins missions that required a certain amont of characters that had specific links like fierce batte
I even remember famous youtubers in France poiting out some useless side units to people just because they had fierce battle

I got the str super gogeta on like my second pull, I didn't know the odds were weird on that one.
Honestly, I feel like beast gohan is overhated as he was a great unit and is still a pretty good unit but I believe people were expecting him to be number 1 and the gap between him and piccolo made it worse. Though it's completely valid to hate his release since he wasn't technically beast gohan that we were all expecting.

None of these where falsely advertised the closest you get is phy Gohan but dokkan have never shown who the new units actually is until they show the kit and banner art so the fact beast showed up meant it was going to be close to beast but not actually beast

Dude what in the world do you mean Str Gogeta was one of the minor ones? Lowering the rates is literally the worst thing you can do. At least with Kefla it wasn't intentional, AND they gave compensation, Gogeta not only was seemingly intentional but also there wasnt compensation.
It is minor because first they showed us that they lowered the rates so at least we knew what we were getting ourselves into. Second, it is clearly seen that this was intended bc they wanted to treat Gogeta like a “LR”, but that did not exist yet but it gave him this extra value. It would be a bigger issue if we didn’t see the rate
Don't forget the global first Rosé missing his banner unit part of his kit and his part 2 LR.

Lr ultimate letdown was horrible, we see a flash of beast in the card art and he wasn’t even playable, other LR’s also transform just for an active attack but then the transformed version isn’t in the art like the lr gods fuse into gogeta for their active but gogeta doesn’t show up in their art animation, the 3rd anni LR’s fuse and you can use the fusions, their art shows in the background of the card art animation, orange piccolo is the same thing and he came out with lr ultimate letdown
