    I used to make so many excuses of why I couldn’t wake up in the morning, but come to find out I actually function better at 6-7 hours of sleep instead of 8-9. Thanks for the inspo!! 💪 🙏🏼

    Will is an individual that I truly look up to for many reasons. Ever since hearing him share his 75 Hard journey with Andy on the Real AF podcast (Ep. 176 - HIGHLY Recommend) I have followed him closely and learned a tremendous amount. In particular, one key lesson I've learned from Will is the idea of focusing on one good decision at a time. Simple concept, but it has helped me smash the start of 2022 and my own 75 Hard journey, just completed Day 48!
    Absolutely loved this video and seeing how Will's discipline, focus and leadership look on a daily basis. 1st Phorm is doing it for real. Let's go!!

    I love Will. Along with Jenna Fail, he was the next 1st Phorm athlete i was drawn too. There are so many lessons here but the one thing I want people to know, is that you dont have to "copy" someone in order to be successful. Will's day is very structured but at the same time difficult for most. Its not about waking up at 3am to have a successful day. Its about PRIORITIZING YOURSELF in ways that make you ready to handle to days stress. And this looks different for everyone. Prioritizing yourself if not a selfish thing, but gives you more power and sets you apart from the crowd. Spending 10mins in a meditative state is so powerful!! Our bodies are vehicles and without a strong guiding force (our minds), our vehicles run all over the place, or worse....it is run by our emotions.
    Its these small simple changes in our life that can create lasting effects for a life that is more purposeful and extraordinary!

    This is the 3rd time I've watched this video and for some reason, it made me very emotional. We get out what we put into our lives. Our efforts will dictate our success. Always push to be 1% better each day. Will Grumke is a monster example of dedication, I absolutely love it. I hope to meet him one day soon!!!!

    Great video Will. Efficacy is key in this fast paced world . Hitting those targets each day makes life better and easier. It’s a moving target to say the least with family and work but your way ahead of the crowd . Solid info from a solid guy and a great company!

      thank you Christy! that was my big goal of this because the WHAT I DO ... or WHEN I DO things ... means very little compared to the WHY. I think that is true for everyone and I hope the WHY is what helps others.

    Wow! I can’t imagine your schedule! Haha! As a mom of 6 with 4 in 3 different schools, a husband working from home, me running multiple businesses from home and getting kids from school and to their sports, it is fascinating to me to watch your schedule. But still get my power list done!

      @willgrumke 2 роки тому +1

      Hey Carmen, if there is anything I can suggest it is start with 1 or 2 nonnegotiables that are for YOU! and never miss those. Then add one more. Add one more. and over time you can build out a routine of your own. This all started with a few commitments to myself and has built from there.

    • @willgrumke
      @willgrumke 2 роки тому +2

      It is a great point! And I work very diligently to prioritize QUALITY sleep for the hours I make time for. And while I average 5.5 during the week, I will get 7 to 8 on the weekends most of the time. I also am more conscious during the day on nutrition, water, supplementation and taking care of my body/brain as much as I can to keep up with the pace.

    Great video of the work in a world that only celebrates outcomes. We all have heard the Legend of W. Grumble, and the work and the accomplishments(results). What is the outcome? I do not think we have seen what he is really working towards yet. Ready for it!
