Tore my right knee up at age of 46 really bad in August of 2011 and it didn't take long for the old 265 lb weight lifter and athlete to gain another 60 to 80 lbs! I have to get this weight off as I became diabetic 5 years ago. I need to be around for another good 20 to 30 years for my 21 year old daughter and my 34 year old LT Commander naval officer son and his 2 daughters. I miss the old competitive me.
