I guess it would help to go a little slower. I bought a couple of bottles with tips for writing with icing so that the drops would be as small as possible, but I have yet to try it yet. I'm hoping to have small pieces of caviar and I can just watch a TV show while putting the drops in the oil. I figure that way, I'm less likely to hurry too fast.
