That little closer is so cute. I love everything, you always do a beautiful job. We just built a new home and moved in on Aug 25 so I love getting ideas from you. So we lived in an old farmhouse when my children were little, my kids say it was the best home. We had really large old cabinets in the bathroom it held so much. I miss it and so do my kids just said that. The freedom of living in the country is priceless!! My kids loved it. Now they are all grown up so this was a good move for us. Enjoy your beautiful family they grow up so fast.

I just love you're simple, intentional spaces...always beautiful. I'm saving all of these videos for future reference. In a rental after selling our home and just put an offer on what I hope to be our "forever" home. Closer to our children and multiplying grandchildren...but also 11 acres and wonderful home for my husband and I to finally homestead. so cute! I know it wouldn't be your fave as a minimalist but as a practicalist (ha!) the wall to the left of your machines you could get a drying rack that sits flat against the wall and folds down for use?I I wish I had the wall space, I ended up putting a shower curtain rod in the doorway into the connecting pantry and it works well enough, just feels like a trip to Narnia when going to the pantry when its full :)
I actually thought about doing this!! I didn't for two reasons, one I have a massive wooden drying rack on my front porch and secondly, I do have a second shower curtain rod I put in that small shower in the bathroom to hang things on (since we don't use that shower often) but the thought crossed my mind! 😊 a wooden one would look so nice on that wall!

I have a sign like that in my laundry room but it just says Laundry and my husband jokes about it so much. He'll point to the sign and be like "In case you're confused, we're in the laundry room, see there's a sign right there to tell you where you are". I wish mine said Fresh Linens instead haha.

Beautiful job on the laundry room/BR decor!! I loved the Cricut labels too! One thought for winter, when coats get wet, is to install hooks to hang the coats from but put them on the back wall down low where the kids can reach themselves. The basket could be for wet boots, gloves, etc.
I had hooks for coats on the side of my closet when my kids were younger. I actually had it lower and then moved it higher as they got older. I liked that they could hang up their own coats and sweaters.
