How to mix Cyan/Cobalt Teal/Turquoise/Sea Green/Aqua/Bluish Green

My objective in this video was to understand whether it is possible to mix a excellent Cyan / Turquoise / Bluish Green color without going for amazingly expensive but beautiful cobalt based colors. The Cobalt Teal that I showed here as benchmark is PB28. But PG50 is also used as Cyan / Turquoise. Both are equally good. PG50 being slightly more greenish.
I used Cobalt Teal, Phthalo Green, Cobalt Blue, Phthalo Blue, Prussian Blue and Ivory Black with Flake White Hue to make the turquoise mixes. Later I also tried to understand if it possible mix turquoise with Sap Green (much warmer than Phthalo Green). The mixes turned out to be dull due to warmth in Sap Green but still was able to mix dull turquoise colors with Phthalo and Prussian Blue. The third experiment with mixing a cool yellow (Lemon Yellow in this case) with Phthalo and Prussian also resulted in some reasonably good turquoise mixes. The best results came with Cobalt Blue and Phthalo Blue.
I would have loved to try Viridian (PG18) as well but I do not have it. But the test would have been more complete with it as Viridian has bluish undertone which is enhanced when mixed with white. So, it can also be used as a sky color under certain situations. Thank you this information was very helpful, I really appreciate you taking the time to make this video. I wish I had not purchased the tube of Cobalt Teal that I have. I already have a tube of Phthalo Blue and a tube of Phthalo Green. I will be using these from now on instead. I been avoiding using the Cobalt Teal because it can be harmful to your health and is known to cause cancer and reproductive harm. I'm so happy to learn that I don't have to use it.
