Let's look at the reruns we had until now: Every 1.0 - 1.7 got a rerun, some even multiple times except for Dr. Ratio, version 2.0 characters too, version 2.1 characters did not get reruns, Robin from 2.2 got one, so the more likely reruns are 2.1 - 2.2 characters, except for Robin and Ratio, together with other second reruns like Seele, Silver Wolf, Jingliu...
I think the big difference is that Aventurine PREVENTS your team from taking dmg and it will always be better than healing because what's better than 1 health bar ? That's right 2 health bars, add the fact that Aventurine can be run in multiple teams and not necessarily limited to FUA vs Lingsha who only really shines in Superbreak, i'd say Aventurine is the more flexible pick
She actually replaces him perfectly at FUA teams, there are multiple runs here on UA-cam showing her zero cycling with mid builds and relatable setups. Now put Aventurine in a break team and suddenly they are not the same. She also is more future-proof because of summons, while Aventurine already has an entire 5 star premium team dedicated to him and no room for improvement in a meta that will shift in 2 months.
@@tieAcherry101 Because Lingsha is a break character who has some FUA stuff so it make sense but their main difference is one PREVENTS dmg done to your team (2nd health bar) all the while being extremely sp positive Vs Lingsha who seems to be a good sustain but slightly SP negative and leaving your team vulnerable to being one shotted. Also Aventurine can be run alongside arguably the best DPS in the game thanks to his debuffs or running universal market hence why I say he's a more flexible pick than Lingsha. Even when summon meta comes there will be the exact same cycle of "OMG summon so op" to "skip summon meta is gonna be over next patch" that we just went through with FUA/SuperBreak and Hypercarry in 1.0+

The bigger problem with lingsha is she has 0 resistance to effect res in her traces like at all. Yeah her followup attack can cleanse everybody but that still leaves you with a huge opening where you can just get screwed for awhile because Lingsha get stunned and can't use ult for immediate cleanse.
Did you tried Divergente V6+>? Gallagher isn't reliable,this is for sure, but is Aventurine too even w all shield Equations and Curios without a healer? Cause we can get shields easy w them but strong healing.... I completed SimUniverse V12 and Divergent V8 w HuoHuo on my break team
I choose Aventurine. I have a E6 Gallagher and his also built him, a healer is useless if my Acheron is dead, I had experienced the worst RNG where all enemy attacks my Main DPS while my supports are very healthy, Gepard shield is also slow with some content.
There definitely is an answer. Outside of super break there is no reason to choose Linghsa. Aventurine has multiple team types that he will help. That means he's better.
But is it really that simple? Lingsha's summon, skill and ult are FUA iirc. And they can happen off turn. She attacks more, so that helps Feixiao, Moze, makes use of Robin, etc
@oggrim2824 Her skill only action advances the summon 20%, unfortunately. This means that she actually fua less than Aventurine because he can fua just from being hit, which also makes him way more sp positive. Which is honestly needed on fua because the team uses skills alot. With Lingsha you'll find yourself out of skill points for Feixiao which is super not ideal. Aventurine is just better And don't forget about debuffs, her only being able to cleanse 1 of each party member at a time is the same problem with Lynx, it's bad. Aventurine mostly prevents debuffs altogether. It's times you don't EHRES sure, but it's much rarer than with Linghsa.

Idk if you have it already but there’s an achievement you can get if you finish SU with full hp the entire time. I went from low key struggling with Fu Xuan in SD 3 (tbf, I built her badly) to not even taking damage with Aventurine.
Hardest difficulty of SU is not about that though. It's about your knowledge on what every blessing, curio, weighted curio and equation can do for your team. You don't even need a sustainer when remembrances path exist too.
@@spice754-o2kfr if you pick your blessings wisely, you can pick a few sustain blessings while still being able to pick your dps blessings. Eg, I like to pick the preservation blessing that gives shield for every ult and pairing that with erudition.
@adamcobb7892 no she won't be? She does not have buffing summons or anything like that in her kit. She doesn't even have a great debuff like Topaz, it will probably be Topaz that's meta for summons because of the debuffs
She has nothing to do with summons apart from having one herself. Remember how good Aventurine is in FUA because all of his kit has to do with that, the more FUAs, the better his shields. Lingsha has more to do with break than summoning to be honest but even in break she feels like a luxury pull, something that's not really needed if you have E1 Firefly or E1 Ruan Mei. They already clear easily.
I appreciate everyone's input, also I have Adventurine already so I'm not worried about that. I don't know Lingshas kit besides her atk is pretty decent along with heals with a summon to boot. If she's a break char I'm passing since that teams already great with Gahlligar
as for me, I'll definitely be going for Lingsha. I like both fua and super break which she works with both, and I already have Ruan Mei and Robin, I lack any 5 stars sustains units except for Gepard and Fu Xuan, my Gallagher is e0 and far from built. I was kind of on the fence because my account is also struggling with main dps, as I'm relying on version 1 dps characters, so I considered going for Feixiao instead. However another thing that's important to me, which I know is not relevant but still, is character design, since I'll be looking at the character all of the time while playing them lol And in that aspect, I love Lingsha's design way more than Feixiao's. Plus, another design I really like is Firefly's anyways, whom I was originally saving for, so I just rather struggle a little longer till her rerun then play them together. What can I say, I'm just a girl who likes playing with cute girls 😔
Why not put both of them in a team.? Shield doesn't protect my team from dot so I need cleanser. Hope I get both of them. March hunt,robin,lingsha and aventurine.
Reminds me of the Loucha vs Fu Xien argument. One is for comfort and auto play, the other is better suited for endgame modes. So now it's the same debate, just different units.
Aventurine isn't just comfort though for auto play though........his dmg is good and is a meta unit for the Follow teams......and linsha is meta in break team only this take is just wrong
@@Accountthatexists Aventurine has thick shield that lasts a long time and does SOME dmg, with his follow up. Lingsha is also a sustain (she's just new). Lingsha also has follow up (but she's new). It stands to reason, that the NEW follow up sustain will perform better in the end game scenario. While the OLD follow up sustain will perform slightly less there, but will provide more comfort in scenarios, where you just want to survive and not necessarily win.
You just wrong assuming new=better. Aventurine is not about comfort, he's about turning game into easy mod, period. Not necessarily win it's more about fraud Sparkle.

If Lingaha had been a different element type, anything other than fire, I might consider her. But as someone with e6 Gallagher, an Adventuring, a Huohuo and e1 Fu Xuan, she is a side grade for me. Pass. And a recommend for Adventurine for anyone asking
Lingsha is a bit limited to break team until we get more Characters that can summon that is most likely the new meta in 3.0 she going to be better with those unit. I would pull for her for that reason.

@@KuddochanAventurine is literally just Power Creep Gepard, also no Lingsha at E0 performs the same as an E6 Gallagher with the same 4 star LC, with Eidolons she offers more than Gallagher further debuffing enemies reducing their defense, boosting Break Efficiency and giving 20% All Elemental Pen boost to the team, not to mention she is a multi-target character that hits and heals all present targets rather than picking just 3 members of your team, has a built-in emergency heal in her traces that makes Fuyuan heal and cleanse all the party if one character has less than 60% HP
As a light spender that only started right before 2.5 dropped, I’m pulling for Lingsha even if Aventurine might rerun in 2.6. I don’t have any other sustains outside of Lynx and Natasha so it should kickstart my account progress. I’ll have enough to pull again when he drops anyway.
Linghsa is not more flexible than Aventurine 😂 Lingha or Aventurine on Acheron team? Aventurine! Aventurine or Lingsha on fua? Aventurine! Linghsa or Aventurine on dot? Still Aventurine because way better survivability. Aventurine or Linghsa on hyper carry? Still Aventurine, cdmg buffs and delay. What team Lingsha better on other than break? the only reruns i want are Topaz who will now come home for my Yunli team. And Fu Xuan. Acheron or Jingliu would be very nice to but if i can't get those i'll live. Aside from that i'll just keep my eyes open
As an e0 firefly user I am best off waiting for tingyun's new form in 2.7 that is suppose to be a super break support that replaces harmony trailblazer. Even with Gallagher once in a while the team sp comes up short, with lingsha it would be too often.
Welp because she is still amused Fire I want to know if she can replace Gallagher on the team and not lose a ton of beak potential. Because that’s the one thing holding SBreak back RN we can’t truly run a Sustainless team because we don’t have a meta lvl second support, and because the sustains I.E Gallagher and Lingsha both help with Breaking and so good Damage. So in wondering if Tingyun can break good enough to offset the healers break meanwhile super buffing the Damage of FF because RN SB is amazing but it has a Hard cap on its damage potential currently.
@@UnbelievableLins sustain isn’t the prb with useing him for Lingsha it’s the Break they do without them it would take too long to actually damage a boss so Tingyun need to either out right replace HMC or she needs to be able to break at a similar lvl of Gallagher to run Sustainless.

@@matsucronen Im fairly new to the game, but I was doing the story with her, and I don't see how she's sp negative. You use her skill once, and it's basically using it twice. One immediate, then the summon will go on it's on later without using a sp. And by the time she needs to use her skill again, she has ult so she doesn't even need to press skill, and if she's just using basic, every turn after the first for a few turns, doesn't that mean she's sp positive?
@@oggrim2824 no, theres a low set amount of Action advance in her kit, not full 100% Action advanced with Fuyuan when using her sp, So she is quite sp negative and somtimes sp neutral. Frankly, with enemies that can 1 or 2 shot players and taking multiple turns, I do see a problem with Lingsha. She's giving a lot more healing that's good, but without some kind of overheal or massive Def for a few turns buff per heal, healers are slowly losing their purpose. I think Bailu has a mechanic that's worth looking into when she immediately auto heal allies who are attacked for up to 3x per character. Bailu is 1 of the 2 main healers in my team together with my e6 Gallagher on the other side. Whenever I see low CC threat, I'll use Bailu because her ult mechanic makes my characters a lot tankier as if they have massive Def buff, not so much about her ability to revive. Fu Xuan is the closest alternative making characters tankier, but I really have no fate with her 😅 If future healers have similar mechanics + cleansing. It's going to make them a lot more appealing to me at least.
I have an E2S1 Firefly and she hardly ever needs healing, like Gallagher's always been fine for me. However my Acheron team is struggling with either Luocha or Fu Xuan so I think I'm gonna resist the temptation to min max my Firefly team and get Aventurne. Especially if a better harmony trailblazer is on the way.
Here's the thing I find between Aventurine and Lingsha. I'm certain both of them will sustain the teams you put them on. Aventurine will prevent you from taking damage, has easy refreshes on his shields, but he only gives you 50/50s on crowd control, unless a character already has some effect resist built into them. Lingsha has team wide cleanse, an easy and constant way to trigger her healing, with Fuyuan on her skill, getting pushed up by her skill, and being able to ulti and have Fuyuan act and cleanse the team. If you know a particular boss has a lot of CC effects, you're gambling with Aventurine, but you're making a sure choice with somebody who has a team cleanse.
Both are appealing to me because my only good sustains are my Fu Xuan and E6 Gallagher thats on my Firefly team, but i think ill just stick to my plan of trying to pull for Robin and then saving for a couple patches. I pulled for Kafka and Swan this patch and fell in love with DoT hard, so i really need to save for when the pendulum swings the other way. RIP! lost my 50/50 to Gepard. Time to work on Asta I guess
@Mystra I threw about 50 pulls into Huohuo when she was last on banner, but failed to get her. At this point, I'm just gonna hope I get Robin to round out my account a bit and save for future supports and sustains.
@allooonzog1113 Absolutely. Highly recommend Robin and Aventurine. It's likely that based on "dreams" Aventurine will rerun in one of the parts of the 2.6 update.
@1norwood1 I'm new to DoT and haven't been playing the game that long, but the general consensus amongst Kafkachads seems to be Huohuo because of how effective her atk buff and energy that she gives your teams.
To be fair, Aventurine is an auto shielder, which makes him extremely sp friendly, whereas Gallagher is already available and can be pulled easily since he's a four star. Which kind of makes lingsha skipable for now.
agreed, Lingsha is an upgrade to Gallagher but not a replacement, and this is the reason i skipped Yunli, since i already have a Clara. Those characters are upgrades but the problem is resource management i already built Gallagher and Clara so why should pull for someone similar to them and spend so much resources on new similar characters or | could use my time to upgrade new different characters or old characters instead.
Definitely pulling for lingsha, here is my reasoning, before you say anything about why I need her just listen, I use the jade follow up attack team, I have robin, sparkle, and jade herself, I could use herta but that means no sustain, but with lingsha being a good healer that has big aoe attacks and follow up attacks means that it could trigger jade follow up while healing at the same time, yes I know lingsha is a break effect character but she would be a perfect addition and finish the team. I do want adventurine but for the teams I have there is no where I need him

If firefly is is the next rerun might skip lingsha but she’s good for firefly, so if firefly does and it’s phase 2 I might pull for lingsha, and it’s also a plus for me to pull lingsha as I don’t have any limited healer only Gepard and Gallagher with an addition of lynx but doesn’t always will keep my team alive so ima see what’s the rerun for 2.6, but I’ve heard rappa is going to be better than firefly but I pulled for Ruan Mei in the debut patch and promised I’ll pull for her so yeah:)
Unlike Mei, she doesn't do much outside of Break/Sp break comps. She's a great sustain, but value wise little below Aventurine. And this is coming from someone who will pull her.

As much as I want to min max my Firefly team, I think I can skip Lingsha and pull for Aventurine since I already have E6 Gallagher and can already clear MoC in a less than 2 cycle with my Firefly team comp. Another reason is that my only sustainer is E6 Gallagher Huohuo and Gepard, and I personally think an Aventurine would have more pull value to my account. I used E6 Gallagher with Firefly and I dont really like how sp neutral Huohuo is. Another reason is that I realized that my team other than Firefly team comp can easily get destroyed by a big aoe since I dont have Aventurine or Fu Xuan.
For me both are valuable specially because they can be interchangebable in the team comps Huo Huo and Fu Xuan already can say have their niche in teams but still not to the level the other 2 and yeah Buffers , Debuffers , Shielders and Healers have more value than any Dps to any account like example if you don't have Black Swan for your Acheron and Kafka teams Jiaoqiu is a 2nd best option for them If You don't have Ruan Mei , Robin is 2nd best option and if you don't have both Sparkle is 3nd best option and if you don't have those 3 Bronya is a close 4th option and if you don't have her either Tingyun , Asta , Hanya I cannot say the same for Harmony Trailblazer because Caelus/Stelle is depends on Ruan Mei at least for now until another Support that provides the same or better support than Ruan Mei comes in the future and Replace her as another option Yukong her effects are great in the text but in practice are inconsistent specially if she is not at E6 she is a bit more consistent there but still not the best option out of the 9 Harmony Characters that are currectly but still is a solid option
I have both and i like aventurine more. Shields feel more secure. Although he only gives 50/50 effect res while lingsha has dispell. His ult also makes enemies take more crit damage. It's also probably hard to replace him with other preservation. Even I can't think of how hoyo will make a tank superior than him 3:53 sad jing yuan
As good as topaz is unless your min maxing, march 7th or moze for fua are not that far behind for fua teams. Take the free units when u can and save yourself jades for the next meta which will be 3.0 I'm sure.
@@ThelordHayden34 topaz also has replacements, I’d say get aventurine and you can pick between topaz and Lingsha (I do think topaz is overall the better choice but it’s really up to you, you could just save for the new region if you want)
Bro his e2 is one of the best sustain eidolons (or eidolons period) in the damn game. Pair that with e1 robin and you have near 36% res pen permanently.

Adventure over lingsha 100% supports are op and tanks that can provide the entire team shields and still dish out dps is amazing. He's perfect for my IPC only team + Robin (Until they release an support IPC to replace her. Learning for my years of playing MMO's Preemptive healing is better than reactive healing! Plus waiting a turn to out-speed, turn skip or zerk- mechanics (ones that push combat readiness of enemies) is better in the long run. Set and forget and on top of being able to reapply his shield with his ult with E1 makes life a breeze. Adventurine all the way for me but break teams are strong and Lingsha will always be viable. Pull what you like/ want! Not whats meta. Good luck with your pulls ladies and gentlemen.
Lingsha has a summon and a planar set to buff summons, it's too early to know, the simple answer is get both, if not then you get what you need when you need it or just pull whatever, it's a game have fun.
@@lily-eh1ei I don’t think you realise that in a follow up team she still is extreme viable only a tiny bit worse than aventurine,a lingsha in a follow up team is way way better than a aventurine in a break team,lingsha can also be played with Acheron but not as good as aventurine for Acheron but even with that aventurine really prefers his signature LC To be good for Acheron so I would rather use a Gallagher instead
She's versitile yes but she's only BIS in break, while Aventurine is BIS in multiple teams (Hypercarry, Acheron and FUA). What kills Lingsha's banner is Aventurine coming really soon.

I think both but for overall universal teams its Aventurine, Lingsha can benefit in FUA teams because she has FUA too and Then We got Firefly team, which the team she will benefit the most. But can also use her in other team comps, but you wont maximize her kit.
both are good. But honestly break effect comps are locked behind HMC. without him break effect lose almost half of the efficiency. It has sme issue like hypercary comps with Acheron or DHIL ,you cant make Acheron team without Acheron meanwhile FUA comps arent locked to specific character. We need more characters who boost Break efficiency like HMC .just dont make it stackable. Also more DoT supports to bring back DoT mechanics in to play . And maybe new summon mechanics? why not ,the more mechanics the more fun. Right now FUA mechanic is at the top ,we have plenty of characters to make 2 or 3 teams.
I lean towards Lingsha as I have a Firefly team and no FUA, but I already have an E6 Gallagher, and I can't decide if an E0S1 Lingsha will be better enough to be worth the investment. I have no limited sustains at all, so someone with AOE cleanse seems to be a reasonable choice though
Ive already got an E0 Aventurine, and an fairly built Gallagher (I think) Active teams I got are FUA, SuperBreak, Acheron, and maybr halfway through a hypercarry haha. Kinda want Lingsha since i dont think the other older sustains are coming back soon, E1+ Aventurine probs less valuable than new characters, and the standard 5* might not live up to the needs (hi lvl 20 bailu haha)
The right option for now is to skip her and pull later once there are characters to complement her via summon meta. Aventurine is better for now. Ideally we need both. But soon we would need to choose which based on future content. People need to stop fighting because this is the right answer lol.
I'd say be patient and wait for Aventurine. You can build more teams with him. Pull Lingsha if you like her better, at the end you'll need two sustains anyway.
Aventurine is giga SP positive to a point where for most if not all of the battle you don't even need to use SPs, he's best in slot for a lot of teams and shields are always better than heals. You don't need cleansing or healing. Lingsha will be better/just as good as Huohuo but she's not more valuable than Aventurine. If you already have Huohuo it's an easy skip to get Aventurine.
Lingsha's bunnies are slow af... She is designed to spam her skill every turn to advance forward her bunnies. She can be skill positive, but u will lose damage from her by doing so. She is great for E1 firefly but for E0 just stick with good ol Gallagher...

I see I am in a shitty position rn I have a E2 fiexiao team with no adventurine so I use my e1 houhou but I also have a ff team that uses my e6 gallagher so I’m stuck in which team I should upgrade
You mean this free MoC because the next 2 are literally BG jumps in difficulty with a 3M HP boss and a 5M HP one. But if ya got E2 characters ya be fine.

Lingsha. Sp neutral to sp negative. If u gotta constantly heal she will be sp neg. The real question that you want to be asking is to urself. Do I have e6 galager with s5 quid pro quo? If yes, then is the little bit of an upgrade worth it? If u can only get e0s0 then I'd say "hold onto ur jade". Another good question to ask is whether or not ur ff is e1.
I guess not lingsha for summon meta More likely huohuo because any summon character rely heavily on thier ultimate and I believe sunday can regen energy to all allies (5 star tingyun) but that's just my opinion
I also haven't mentioned the fact that imaginary is way better than fire. Fire is the worst element other than ice. The only way that problem is solved is on a Firefly team. "Flexible"
Aventurine suffers when thrs too much dot/debuff enemies So in that case Huohuo or Lingsha would be far better Besides that, she offers the same quality sustain as fu xuan and aventurine So if u have 2 premium sustain, u can skip her for general content But if u want to improve your Firefly/Rappa team, then shes a must pull, her dmg output is crazy and the buffs she gives to the team is really good Ppl cope so hard with gallager its not even funny , galager is comparable to others 4* sustain but lingsha just kills him in so many ways 😂 Still shes Niche for break ,so up to ppl if wants to see more dmg on their break team Sadge her design is wasted on such a boring and lame team

I think the big difference is that Aventurine PREVENTS your team from taking dmg and it will always be better than healing because what's better than 1 health bar ? That's right 2 health bars, add the fact that Aventurine can be run in multiple teams and not necessarily limited to FUA vs Lingsha who only really shines in Superbreak, i'd say Aventurine is the more flexible pick

She actually replaces him perfectly at FUA teams, there are multiple runs here on UA-cam showing her zero cycling with mid builds and relatable setups. Now put Aventurine in a break team and suddenly they are not the same.
She also is more future-proof because of summons, while Aventurine already has an entire 5 star premium team dedicated to him and no room for improvement in a meta that will shift in 2 months.
@@tieAcherry101 Because Lingsha is a break character who has some FUA stuff so it make sense but their main difference is one PREVENTS dmg done to your team (2nd health bar) all the while being extremely sp positive Vs Lingsha who seems to be a good sustain but slightly SP negative and leaving your team vulnerable to being one shotted. Also Aventurine can be run alongside arguably the best DPS in the game thanks to his debuffs or running universal market hence why I say he's a more flexible pick than Lingsha. Even when summon meta comes there will be the exact same cycle of "OMG summon so op" to "skip summon meta is gonna be over next patch" that we just went through with FUA/SuperBreak and Hypercarry in 1.0+

The bigger problem with lingsha is she has 0 resistance to effect res in her traces like at all. Yeah her followup attack can cleanse everybody but that still leaves you with a huge opening where you can just get screwed for awhile because Lingsha get stunned and can't use ult for immediate cleanse.

Gallagher isn't reliable,this is for sure, but is Aventurine too even w all shield Equations and Curios without a healer? Cause we can get shields easy w them but strong healing....

I choose Aventurine. I have a E6 Gallagher and his also built him, a healer is useless if my Acheron is dead, I had experienced the worst RNG where all enemy attacks my Main DPS while my supports are very healthy, Gepard shield is also slow with some content.

There's no answer for that. Aventurine for FUA, Lingsha for super break. Simple as that. Although I must say Aventurine is more flexible.
There definitely is an answer. Outside of super break there is no reason to choose Linghsa. Aventurine has multiple team types that he will help. That means he's better.
But is it really that simple? Lingsha's summon, skill and ult are FUA iirc. And they can happen off turn. She attacks more, so that helps Feixiao, Moze, makes use of Robin, etc

This means that she actually fua less than Aventurine because he can fua just from being hit, which also makes him way more sp positive. Which is honestly needed on fua because the team uses skills alot. With Lingsha you'll find yourself out of skill points for Feixiao which is super not ideal. Aventurine is just better
And don't forget about debuffs, her only being able to cleanse 1 of each party member at a time is the same problem with Lynx, it's bad. Aventurine mostly prevents debuffs altogether. It's times you don't EHRES sure, but it's much rarer than with Linghsa.

Idk if you have it already but there’s an achievement you can get if you finish SU with full hp the entire time. I went from low key struggling with Fu Xuan in SD 3 (tbf, I built her badly) to not even taking damage with Aventurine.
Hardest difficulty of SU is not about that though. It's about your knowledge on what every blessing, curio, weighted curio and equation can do for your team. You don't even need a sustainer when remembrances path exist too.

She has nothing to do with summons apart from having one herself. Remember how good Aventurine is in FUA because all of his kit has to do with that, the more FUAs, the better his shields.
Lingsha has more to do with break than summoning to be honest but even in break she feels like a luxury pull, something that's not really needed if you have E1 Firefly or E1 Ruan Mei. They already clear easily.
I appreciate everyone's input, also I have Adventurine already so I'm not worried about that. I don't know Lingshas kit besides her atk is pretty decent along with heals with a summon to boot. If she's a break char I'm passing since that teams already great with Gahlligar
as for me, I'll definitely be going for Lingsha. I like both fua and super break which she works with both, and I already have Ruan Mei and Robin, I lack any 5 stars sustains units except for Gepard and Fu Xuan, my Gallagher is e0 and far from built. I was kind of on the fence because my account is also struggling with main dps, as I'm relying on version 1 dps characters, so I considered going for Feixiao instead. However another thing that's important to me, which I know is not relevant but still, is character design, since I'll be looking at the character all of the time while playing them lol And in that aspect, I love Lingsha's design way more than Feixiao's. Plus, another design I really like is Firefly's anyways, whom I was originally saving for, so I just rather struggle a little longer till her rerun then play them together. What can I say, I'm just a girl who likes playing with cute girls 😔

Reminds me of the Loucha vs Fu Xien argument. One is for comfort and auto play, the other is better suited for endgame modes. So now it's the same debate, just different units.

@@Accountthatexists Aventurine has thick shield that lasts a long time and does SOME dmg, with his follow up. Lingsha is also a sustain (she's just new). Lingsha also has follow up (but she's new). It stands to reason, that the NEW follow up sustain will perform better in the end game scenario. While the OLD follow up sustain will perform slightly less there, but will provide more comfort in scenarios, where you just want to survive and not necessarily win.
You just wrong assuming new=better.
Aventurine is not about comfort, he's about turning game into easy mod, period. Not necessarily win it's more about fraud Sparkle.

As an e0 firefly user I am best off waiting for tingyun's new form in 2.7 that is suppose to be a super break support that replaces harmony trailblazer. Even with Gallagher once in a while the team sp comes up short, with lingsha it would be too often.

Because that’s the one thing holding SBreak back RN we can’t truly run a Sustainless team because we don’t have a meta lvl second support, and because the sustains I.E Gallagher and Lingsha both help with Breaking and so good Damage.
So in wondering if Tingyun can break good enough to offset the healers break meanwhile super buffing the Damage of FF because RN SB is amazing but it has a Hard cap on its damage potential currently.

@@matsucronen Im fairly new to the game, but I was doing the story with her, and I don't see how she's sp negative. You use her skill once, and it's basically using it twice. One immediate, then the summon will go on it's on later without using a sp. And by the time she needs to use her skill again, she has ult so she doesn't even need to press skill, and if she's just using basic, every turn after the first for a few turns, doesn't that mean she's sp positive?

Frankly, with enemies that can 1 or 2 shot players and taking multiple turns, I do see a problem with Lingsha. She's giving a lot more healing that's good, but without some kind of overheal or massive Def for a few turns buff per heal, healers are slowly losing their purpose. I think Bailu has a mechanic that's worth looking into when she immediately auto heal allies who are attacked for up to 3x per character. Bailu is 1 of the 2 main healers in my team together with my e6 Gallagher on the other side. Whenever I see low CC threat, I'll use Bailu because her ult mechanic makes my characters a lot tankier as if they have massive Def buff, not so much about her ability to revive. Fu Xuan is the closest alternative making characters tankier, but I really have no fate with her 😅
If future healers have similar mechanics + cleansing. It's going to make them a lot more appealing to me at least.
I have an E2S1 Firefly and she hardly ever needs healing, like Gallagher's always been fine for me. However my Acheron team is struggling with either Luocha or Fu Xuan so I think I'm gonna resist the temptation to min max my Firefly team and get Aventurne. Especially if a better harmony trailblazer is on the way.
I already have Aventurine, what I don't have is an e6 Gallagher for my break team. So I'm going for lingsha!
Here's the thing I find between Aventurine and Lingsha. I'm certain both of them will sustain the teams you put them on.
Aventurine will prevent you from taking damage, has easy refreshes on his shields, but he only gives you 50/50s on crowd control, unless a character already has some effect resist built into them.
Lingsha has team wide cleanse, an easy and constant way to trigger her healing, with Fuyuan on her skill, getting pushed up by her skill, and being able to ulti and have Fuyuan act and cleanse the team.
If you know a particular boss has a lot of CC effects, you're gambling with Aventurine, but you're making a sure choice with somebody who has a team cleanse.
You obviously don't have adventurine.

Both are appealing to me because my only good sustains are my Fu Xuan and E6 Gallagher thats on my Firefly team, but i think ill just stick to my plan of trying to pull for Robin and then saving for a couple patches. I pulled for Kafka and Swan this patch and fell in love with DoT hard, so i really need to save for when the pendulum swings the other way.

I'm trying to build a DoT team as well, just managed to get Black Swan, what do you think is best sustain for DoT currently?
@1norwood1 I'm new to DoT and haven't been playing the game that long, but the general consensus amongst Kafkachads seems to be Huohuo because of how effective her atk buff and energy that she gives your teams.
To be fair, Aventurine is an auto shielder, which makes him extremely sp friendly, whereas Gallagher is already available and can be pulled easily since he's a four star.
Which kind of makes lingsha skipable for now.
agreed, Lingsha is an upgrade to Gallagher but not a replacement, and this is the reason i skipped Yunli, since i already have a Clara.
Those characters are upgrades but the problem is resource management i already built Gallagher and Clara so why should pull for someone similar to them and spend so much resources on new similar characters or | could use my time to upgrade new different characters or old characters instead.

Definitely pulling for lingsha, here is my reasoning, before you say anything about why I need her just listen, I use the jade follow up attack team, I have robin, sparkle, and jade herself, I could use herta but that means no sustain, but with lingsha being a good healer that has big aoe attacks and follow up attacks means that it could trigger jade follow up while healing at the same time, yes I know lingsha is a break effect character but she would be a perfect addition and finish the team. I do want adventurine but for the teams I have there is no where I need him

Unlike Mei, she doesn't do much outside of Break/Sp break comps. She's a great sustain, but value wise little below Aventurine. And this is coming from someone who will pull her.

As much as I want to min max my Firefly team, I think I can skip Lingsha and pull for Aventurine since I already have E6 Gallagher and can already clear MoC in a less than 2 cycle with my Firefly team comp. Another reason is that my only sustainer is E6 Gallagher Huohuo and Gepard, and I personally think an Aventurine would have more pull value to my account. I used E6 Gallagher with Firefly and I dont really like how sp neutral Huohuo is. Another reason is that I realized that my team other than Firefly team comp can easily get destroyed by a big aoe since I dont have Aventurine or Fu Xuan.
For me both are valuable specially because they can be interchangebable in the team comps Huo Huo and Fu Xuan already can say have their niche in teams but still not to the level the other 2 and yeah Buffers , Debuffers , Shielders and Healers have more value than any Dps to any account like example if you don't have Black Swan for your Acheron and Kafka teams Jiaoqiu is a 2nd best option for them If You don't have Ruan Mei , Robin is 2nd best option and if you don't have both Sparkle is 3nd best option and if you don't have those 3 Bronya is a close 4th option and if you don't have her either Tingyun , Asta , Hanya I cannot say the same for Harmony Trailblazer because Caelus/Stelle is depends on Ruan Mei at least for now until another Support that provides the same or better support than Ruan Mei comes in the future and Replace her as another option Yukong her effects are great in the text but in practice are inconsistent specially if she is not at E6 she is a bit more consistent there but still not the best option out of the 9 Harmony Characters that are currectly but still is a solid option
I have both and i like aventurine more. Shields feel more secure. Although he only gives 50/50 effect res while lingsha has dispell. His ult also makes enemies take more crit damage. It's also probably hard to replace him with other preservation. Even I can't think of how hoyo will make a tank superior than him

Adventure over lingsha 100% supports are op and tanks that can provide the entire team shields and still dish out dps is amazing. He's perfect for my IPC only team + Robin (Until they release an support IPC to replace her.
Learning for my years of playing MMO's Preemptive healing is better than reactive healing! Plus waiting a turn to out-speed, turn skip or zerk- mechanics (ones that push combat readiness of enemies) is better in the long run. Set and forget and on top of being able to reapply his shield with his ult with E1 makes life a breeze.
Adventurine all the way for me but break teams are strong and Lingsha will always be viable.
Pull what you like/ want! Not whats meta.

Lingsha has a summon and a planar set to buff summons, it's too early to know, the simple answer is get both, if not then you get what you need when you need it or just pull whatever, it's a game have fun.

Aventurine is more universal. Lingsha only best for break team. Thats why i am waiting to get avent

@@lily-eh1ei I don’t think you realise that in a follow up team she still is extreme viable only a tiny bit worse than aventurine,a lingsha in a follow up team is way way better than a aventurine in a break team,lingsha can also be played with Acheron but not as good as aventurine for Acheron but even with that aventurine really prefers his signature LC To be good for Acheron so I would rather use a Gallagher instead
She's versitile yes but she's only BIS in break, while Aventurine is BIS in multiple teams (Hypercarry, Acheron and FUA). What kills Lingsha's banner is Aventurine coming really soon.
@@Pilques aventurine is not BIS for hypercarry any sustain can really be good in hypercarry and perform just as good as feixao,aventurine is also basically just as good as Gallagher in a Acheron team without his LC but yes even though I believe lingsha is just as versatile as aventurine I still won’t deny aventurine being the best sustain in the game
I think both but for overall universal teams its Aventurine, Lingsha can benefit in FUA teams because she has FUA too and Then We got Firefly team, which the team she will benefit the most.
But can also use her in other team comps, but you wont maximize her kit.
both are good. But honestly break effect comps are locked behind HMC. without him break effect lose almost half of the efficiency. It has sme issue like hypercary comps with Acheron or DHIL ,you cant make Acheron team without Acheron meanwhile FUA comps arent locked to specific character.
We need more characters who boost Break efficiency like HMC .just dont make it stackable. Also more DoT supports to bring back DoT mechanics in to play . And maybe new summon mechanics? why not ,the more mechanics the more fun.
Right now FUA mechanic is at the top ,we have plenty of characters to make 2 or 3 teams.
Aventurine, he can also deal superbreak dmg in FF team.

Aventurine is much better, that being said, if you enjoy lingsha or already have an E2 firefly lingsha can be an option

I lean towards Lingsha as I have a Firefly team and no FUA, but I already have an E6 Gallagher, and I can't decide if an E0S1 Lingsha will be better enough to be worth the investment. I have no limited sustains at all, so someone with AOE cleanse seems to be a reasonable choice though

Active teams I got are FUA, SuperBreak, Acheron, and maybr halfway through a hypercarry haha.
Kinda want Lingsha since i dont think the other older sustains are coming back soon, E1+ Aventurine probs less valuable than new characters, and the standard 5* might not live up to the needs (hi lvl 20 bailu haha)

The right option for now is to skip her and pull later once there are characters to complement her via summon meta. Aventurine is better for now. Ideally we need both. But soon we would need to choose which based on future content. People need to stop fighting because this is the right answer lol.

Lingsha for me cuz I have Fu Xuan... she is great but dot heavy fights are her bane, and Lingsha is the best cleanser ever.
With how many times i got one shot or comboed to death in this game, it's easy aven for me

I'd say be patient and wait for Aventurine. You can build more teams with him. Pull Lingsha if you like her better, at the end you'll need two sustains anyway.
Aventurine. All he needs is defense and the Simulated universe, Divergent Universe, Swarm disaster and Gold and Gears get 100% easier with him.
Ya get Aven because Gallagher exists and he’s amazing on a ton of teams and is only slightly weaker then Lingsha ( At E6 he is )

Aventurine is giga SP positive to a point where for most if not all of the battle you don't even need to use SPs, he's best in slot for a lot of teams and shields are always better than heals. You don't need cleansing or healing.
Lingsha will be better/just as good as Huohuo but she's not more valuable than Aventurine. If you already have Huohuo it's an easy skip to get Aventurine.
I'm passing on Lingsha. She just don't pop to me. I hope the other characters getting reruns are good or will just save for Rappa.
Lingsha's bunnies are slow af... She is designed to spam her skill every turn to advance forward her bunnies. She can be skill positive, but u will lose damage from her by doing so. She is great for E1 firefly but for E0 just stick with good ol Gallagher...

I already have build Aventurine, E6 Gallagher and Huohuo (and Gerard E1-), so I’m gonna skip Lingsha. I would not mind her for my Firefly team, but it is fine as it is and Topaz would be more valuable for my Feixiao team (I already have her, Robin and Aventurine)

also don't forget, Loucha not only SP positive mostly, but removes buffs from enemies, so those enemies that can revive themselves can't do that after he removes their buff

Do I have e6 galager with s5 quid pro quo? If yes, then is the little bit of an upgrade worth it? If u can only get e0s0 then I'd say "hold onto ur jade". Another good question to ask is whether or not ur ff is e1.

More likely huohuo because any summon character rely heavily on thier ultimate and I believe sunday can regen energy to all allies (5 star tingyun)

Aventurine suffers when thrs too much dot/debuff enemies
So in that case Huohuo or Lingsha would be far better
Besides that, she offers the same quality sustain as fu xuan and aventurine
So if u have 2 premium sustain, u can skip her for general content
But if u want to improve your Firefly/Rappa team, then shes a must pull, her dmg output is crazy and the buffs she gives to the team is really good
Ppl cope so hard with gallager its not even funny , galager is comparable to others 4* sustain but lingsha just kills him in so many ways 😂
Still shes Niche for break ,so up to ppl if wants to see more dmg on their break team
Sadge her design is wasted on such a boring and lame team
