There is no 'quote' that you would use for structure and form. Structure would be things like "Why Eric was challenged last" or "why the Inspector came after Mrs Birling Speech, and not elsewhere." It would be answering the 'why does this happen as it is, and not in another way' and form would be that it is a morality play, so used to educate people...
