Never knew you bake first then grill, what is the purpose of baking first?
Well the original way is to put it straight on the grill but, we take a little shortcut based on the amount of time we have to work with in the kitchen so the oven helps us to execute in a shorter time frame, but if you want to do it originally then definitely put it straight on the grill, it will just take a little longer
