"The decision to be positive is not one that disregards or belittles the sadness that exists. It is rather a conscious choice to focus on the good and to cultivate happiness, a genuine happiness. HAPPINESS IS NOT A LIMITED RESOURCE. When we devote our energy and time to trivial matters and choose to stress over things that ultimately are insignificant, from that point, we perpetuate our own sadness and we lose sight of the things that really make us happy and rationalize our way out of doing amazing things."
He had emotional intelligence in spades. Deeply insightful and full of wisdom, as if he's lived an entire lifetime at the tender age of 21.
"Happiness is not a limited resource" a motto I will live by. You're such an inspiration. I try to live my life to the fullest every day, but it is evident that I still waste to much time worrying about the little things. Time for me to go out and really start living the way I've always wanted to.
Ohhh mom. You are a marvelous, strong human being watching your son go through what he did. Sending my love and hugs xxx
What an amazing human being. You are still with us, Christopher, in 2020. Still teaching us, moving us, inspiring us to be better people. My whole heart goes out to his lovely sister. The bond they had was truly special. I hope she is living her life to the full, exactly the way he would want it. I don't expect it's ever possible to be healed from such a loss, but I really do hope she has found some peace within herself and remembers her brother with a smile.
Bless his heart! Such wise words for such a young man.
I watched this video 7 years ago and never completely forgot Chris. The way he is able to articulate is astonishing. Thank you for your insight and wisdom, I will continue to try to cultivate happiness whenever possible.
Am I the only one that bawled their eyes out?
I did too, right now! My heart sunk for this boy. 😔
No
Nope. Did the same.
Katia Lei ... No, you were not the only one. Of course not. I am sure most of the viewers of this sad story were in tears. But let us reflect on such an inspirational young man's achievements in the last part of his short life, and what we all learnt from him. RIP x
I'm so sorry for his loss...I myself have acute myeloid leukemia
..I myself am trying to stay positive...my heart breaks for his sister...
Hi Kelly. How are you doing? I had AML too. I was diagnosed in 2018. I'm now in complete molecular remission. Stay strong, stay positive. You can get through it too. Kindest regards from the UK 😁

Truely extra ordinary…He was so mature beyond his years….being grateful for everything in the face of loss…having a sense of fulfilment and serenity to accept something that cannot be changed…and an understanding of the essence of life…may his soul rest in peace..
The way he talked about his family...😭❤️. The bond he has with his sister...I envy that.
Rest in Peace Christopher. I never had the privilege of knowing you but I feel like I did and I hold you and brave people like you in my heart, as exemplars of who I want to be on my very best day.

Absolutely Beautiful! I am the biggest fan of everything touched or thought of by Justin Baldoni. This show is a gift and thank you to all that believed in it and brought it through to final product. I know very well that pushing for something you believe in, in this industry is usually an uphill battle. But you have all made it to the top of the mountain and I want to thank you all for the view!!! Simply Perfect Touching Love!!!!
This young man. He looks like such a kind, loving spirit that will be missed dearly.
Thank you Christopher for sharing your journey on this earth. Life is so full of mystery. We can never stop learning and being curious..

Very sad to see. someone very close to me passed due to cancer, but to have it happen so young is terrible. Extremely inspiring video, excellent job to the creators and thanks to Chris for doing this.
"I want to be remembered as someone who did their best." Yes.
