    Note: if you happen to see one frame with glove vs no gloves, just know I forgot to press record the first time and had to do a retake 🤣😅
    Hope you found this video helpful ❤

    It's so impressive to me that this rapid toner technology exists now. In the past tonig was so much harder to achieve. These are impressive, but of course we know Kenra is a solid color line with proven results. It could be the camera but the level 8's look so dark, that would make me nervous when using them since they process so fast. I am not pleased that companies only focus on toning for the light blondes and forget levels 3-7 all the time. The green blue is great and great to have, but there should be more variety for more levels. They made 6 shades for the blondes and only one for the brunettes. Not everyone wants to be blonde.

      There are plenty of demi options for darker levels. I think most of the time when we are offering highlights its level 8-9. With that being said, I think having darker rapid toners would be amazing too but usually I like having more control over my level and tone so I'm not sure if the sheerness of the rapid toner would suffice?
      I suppose if Kenra does come out with some they will be fun to try out!
      As far as the "darkness" of the level 8, it could be the lighting. However any time you want a brighter appearance, you need a lighter canvas. Lever 8 is yellow/orange and orange can appear kinda dark when being controlled with a neutralizing shade. You can always intermix these shade with the rest of the demi line. So for example you could mix a rapid toner with any of the B series or clear. I love doing that!

      @@MirellaManelli I have all learned to adapt to the lack dedicated brunette toners as well, but it would be nice if the same attention was given to brunette colors as it is to blondes. Having dedicated toner options for the darker levels to more easily cancel out red and orange would be nice. Its not always easy to find something with the appropriate amount of green or blue at the right level.

    So if you were to do like highlights or a balayage type deal, is it possible to tone your entire head and not come out looking crazy or should you only put the toner on the lightened portions?

    It took me a few years to grow out my natural hair, brown with grey.a few days ago I finally but some bleach on top for highlights, it ended up yellow, so I put a neutral blond, I am sitting here with copper hair. It ended up reddish, so I colored it light ash, that took it to a clown orange, so I put in medium ash brown and now I'm copper, still light, it's horrible! I am going to a funeral and see family that i have not seen recently, next week and I'm beside myself, do you think the blue green? Thank you for any advise

    What happened if I do highlights on lever 5-6 natural hair and use the toner to cancel out all the brassy gold would those time change the other natural hair color?!

    • @MirellaManelli
      @MirellaManelli  6 місяців тому +1

      Demi toner does not alter natural hair. Only hair that is similar in level or higher to the toner.

    I love the beige toner on the level eight even though you said it was for only suggested for nine and 10 it really brought out a beautiful light brown... also, can you do a video on box dye hair like brown box dye trying to go blonde ... I let it grow out for two months and my hair is naturally brown. I just die because I have some gray but I wanna go blonde like level 9..I'm afraid because I have brown dye though.

    I put some semi pink dye on my level 10 hair a few months ago and its almost out but theres still a tiiiiny tint of pink (and its pretty warm because it hasnt been toned in a while), would any of these work well getting it back to a more ashy blonde?

    • @MirellaManelli
      @MirellaManelli  7 місяців тому

      Depends on how pink it is. But I think GV with the N or GG series might be a good option!

    This is a great informative video!! I use 10A and 10N with 40v on my natural level 3 hair. I can only get to a level 7ish-8ish. It comes out very brassy with a lot of warm orange tones.
    I was thinking of using the GrBl toner to really kick out those brassy orange tones. I'm looking for a more toned ashy dark blonde.
    Now that I've seen your video with a full demonstration of all the toners, I'm thinking of maybe switching to one of the violet series. I'm not sure though because my hair pulled more copper toned and has a lot of orange so I was thinking the GrBl would work best.
    What would you suggest?

    I'm struggling to understand how the SA toner had such a pale color deposit on level 10 swatch and such a deep color deposit on level 8 swatch 😵‍💫
    All the level 10 toners I've used offered the same results on pale yellow bleached hair, but when it came to yellow or yellow/gold the color deposit was too weak to neutralize the yellow 🤔
    In no way I achieved such neutralization, it's almost like the toner self-adjusts its color deposit to the level of underlying pigment 😱

    The Guy Tang rapid toners are better. They don't oxidize so dark.
