Guys, his voice sounds EXACTLY like the album version. I'm confused as to why some people are bitching. Anyways, if you all would be willing, I would love it if you would check out my drum cover of this song on my page, thanks a lot :)
This was amazing and still is no matter what I love the early 2000s it was so fun and will always be reliving those days were amazing I will continue to ignore the new stuff and stay with the old days
having a good time for sure, good to see a band having fun on stage. btw lead singer looks like dewy from malcom in the middle lol and they should do a punk version of devil went down to georgia, my band does one but lead guitar plays the fiddle part lol
@guitarmatt94 So true mann, I love Blink 182, but no one can tell me, that theyre live performences are very good It's rare, that a band has the same quality in the studio like on stage
I love this band and this song. Seen them live a couple times but this is definitely their worst live version of Ocean Avenue forsure. It was probably one of their first live performances of it though.
I think yellowcards a pretty good band. and stop ragging on their live performance, because theyre better than many other modern musicians out there. examples: Train with "soul sister" live is terrible, cause the guy is like 50 and just used damn autotune for the recording. Blink 182 is some of the worst shit when it comes to live.
Actually sean plays a super important role, and is freaking awesome. If he ever left I wouldn't listen to new stuff, only albums before he left, because the others just wouldn't be as great.
Drummer was awesome like always I love dis song

I remember watching this exact performance on TV when I was 14. Haha. Good times.
Who else loves the double bass stuff the drummer does here?
Brad0451 I hope no one else loves it because he doesn’t have a double bass 😂
the snare fill at 2:35 is rad though
drummer killed it.. in a good way.
Ah they were so young it's adorable
yellowcard is one of a kind,,i like yellowcard,
omg this band makes ME FILL SO ALIVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
Welcomeback! Yellowcard!
his voice is amazing in this.
Ah the good old days, oh what I'd do and give just to get back to these days!🥺
2:27 is the best line guitar
That bass.
Btw, Ryan is doing what an angsty post-punk rocker should do.
Underrated band
... i watched this a million times around 8 years ago..
love you yellow!

lol about dewy, true
Woah I've been listening to live versions of this and this the closest to studio I've found thus far!
the best of live
@Bookie784 you're kidding, right? the violin is what sets them apart from everyone else
love the bassist.
Violin guy is rocking the stage! :D
the bass is definitely too loud
Nope, its better loud
Electric Fiddle YES
The sound guy just sucks. They sound good and played tight. Give them a break.
Bryan Baez the sound guy needs to be taken outside and beaten for making this amazing song sound bad
I am glad they got someone to cover their shifts at The Gap so they could do this show....
@guitarmatt94
So true mann, I love Blink 182, but no one can tell me, that theyre live performences are very good

they are back and Ryan Key is still way awesome!!!!! he needs support!
Ahh... memories of Jr. High... lol
Pretty good live
Glad to see these guys weren’t a protools creation.
Their album was literally recorded using protools as the multi track daw....
this before his vocal cords got fucked up right?
Clark Kent yes that’s correct. Right before Ryan keys vocal chords got fucked up
How they get fucked up
@daytonao agreed. I myself am a vocalist and it is hard for me to sing that high without my voice cracking
U should check out the drumcover on see me smiling!!! juts search for yellowcard see me smiling drum cover
he looks so adorable lol
is that jay leno?
The decision to go clean on the descending arpeggio riff in the bridge was just a fail.
@Bookie784 you dont know anythng man... it is the violin who let them unique from anyone else.
Ryan Key = frankie muniz xD
I saw this song live at warped tour
Those jeans are accurate, you had to be there.
Yellow bass
@pedzgwapingz oh. so they need to add a random instrument to be unique? doesn't make sense. the music should be able to stand alone and be unique.
Taking me right back to 9th & 10th grades.
Remember I used to have a crush on that violin player, lol.
Essa musica da vontade de sair pulando pela sala
Leno was wrong. Yellowcard actually had 3 albums prior to ocean avenue.
TylerHoC he probably meant major label debut
@Bookie784
ahh you dont understand what im saying
I love this band and this song. Seen them live a couple times but this is definitely their worst live version of Ocean Avenue forsure. It was probably one of their first live performances of it though.
Ryan seems super nervous 😓
LP Went off

what year is this?
2004 or 2006
2004
Feeling EMO might delete🎸😁😀
i hate this song cause it reminds me of my x
Ryan Key looks like Peter Crouch hahaha' *-*
its funny for me what the violin guy did in this video is hilarious, what are you doing man get off the stage lol
I like this a lot but the violinist kinda players horribly
lol ryan gosling
Man that Violin guy is seriously useless.
everything was great except for the violin guy. His harmony was terrible and his violin playing was off key
They should have saved money and left the violinist at home.
Actually sean plays a super important role, and is freaking awesome. If he ever left I wouldn't listen to new stuff, only albums before he left, because the others just wouldn't be as great.
cooliovasquez what are you talking about? Such a vital role in this band if you've paid any attention
cooliovasquez what the hell man?! he is what makes yellowcard unique and different from other bands.
Sean makes Yellowcard unique. Otherwise they would have just been another pop punk band.
no shit Sherlock
this singer is terrible.
Jason M no.
