You can tell he's a old school wood by how he says "you dig" lol.. But it's interesting to hear how it was in the system during the early 80s.. We always hear stories from the late 90s till now..
Real old school convict, this man gets my respect.

They are putting them in a special program juvenile justice in there own county of commitment they can still get time up to 25 years old it’s the new YA but they just stay in one county not move around and away from the reg juvenile offenders
