A beautiful lecture on Nietzsche from someone whose spirit of magnanimity is truly astounding and worth emulating.

15:12- 15:40 Nietzsche tackles the question of philosophy from a much more psychoanalytical point of view, being a profound psychoanalytical thinker, and i nfact giving a position for it to emerge. The question of psychoanalysis is the question of the consequences of being coming into existence on the plane of the subject. The subjective experience of lack of metaphysical nothingness. in such way, when one sets out to think psychoanalytically, one either pressupposes, or creates a system of ontology. The project of Aland Badiou is metaphysical and epistemological in it's nature, thus, necessarily, a thinker who will focus on what is philosophy for a philosopher of being, and how does a philosopher posit his will in the world and through what means Will answer the metaphysical question of the role and nature of philosophy and it's placement among all other possible systems of organization of thought differently. This is why Nietzsche, in the period of his works examined by Badiou, where he disputes metaphysics, is an anti-philosopher

Nietzsche is a great philosopher precisely because of his critique of Plato, Hegel and others.

I do not think he criticized Hegel that much. Nietzsche's philosophy is pure aesthetics.
