    Sir मैं खूब कसरत करता हूं तनाव को दूर करने के लिए। अब बिना कसरत के तनाव होने लगता है। और आप जैसे विद्वानों की वीडियो भी लाभदायक होती है।

      Anybody who is suffering with mental problem should follow a proper routine like getting up early in the morning,do jogging, running, breathing exercises and yog asanas and finally meditation.

      Day dreaming destroy whole life isme bhaut paresan ho jate hai mere bhi pahle hoti thi but behaviour change karke me aaj apni life me bhut happy hu
