Good explanation of T Bills,.. Could you please explain the difference between TBills snd Treasury Bonds... and how one makes Capital gains from trading Bonds. I understand that CFVF (First Capital) made huge, profits trading in Bonds when interest rates came down due to Covid... I dont understand the mechanism.. Thanks.

Dealers don't allow individual s to invest in TBs. They have set. minimum investment of Rs 5 MN to be in the Primary Auction.
Dealers want us to invest in REPO backed by TBs . pl Explain this .

Normally all primary dealer banks are very stable. In case,of a bankruptcy, govt will make arrangements to pay as that fu nds are for the govt, not for the bank
