I’ve seen videos of people using the round brush attachment and I think you’re supposed use it pointing the brush down… I actually tried the Baking Soda/Developer mix on Monday because my roots where so dark and it worked sooo good and it made my hair more blonde 🙌
Hi Julissa great video. So for the round brush attachment your supposed to rotate the brush using the tip that's why it sticks out so you can use it to rotate the brush
There has to be a reason it’s rotating, maybe you can click it in more or something? Because that defeats the purpose of a round brush that needs tension to work. What do the directions say?

I don't know what it says in the instructions. Maybe it explains better how to used the round brush and what is the purpose of the brush to rotate ,and how to use it correctly. Great video as always. I tried using my other hand to turn the brush using the tip to trun it, and it was cool- it created a lot of tension to smooth frizz, and also you can turn it to roll hair around it and leave it to curl. Tricky but cool! Your hair looks beautiful in the end. I also used the 3/4 brush and was able to skip the flat iton.

Waiting for shark to release an airstraight version
In all the Shark videos of the round brush they are physically rotating the brush, maybe watch a couple videos and try it again.

I would try the round brush attachment while rotating it myself and go the opposite direction that it goes on its own.

I just received a few days ago. My hair is a chin length bob. The brush attachments are more tricky as u and others state. So far tho I like a lot
