    Wil Dasovich mentioned in one of his vlogs, that Nico is one of his mentors when it comes to both life and business. This goes to show that behind Nico’s funny persona, he’s actually incredibly skilled at running his own business and managing his life.

      They're both children of wealthy families. One being from a small-family beef producing magnate over in Argentina, and Erwan's father is the head of Supply Oilfield Services, Inc. These are not the type of people you should be getting business advice from. You're better option is look at people like Manny Villar, the owner of Vista Land & Lifescapes...who came from a poor upbringing...In 1975, with an initial capital of ₱10,000, Villar purchased two reconditioned trucks and started a business delivering sand and gravel for construction companies in Las Piñas....This eventually segued into building houses, as Villar took out a seven-year loan from a rural bank offering low interest rates. He initiated mass housing projects through economies of scale, utilizing the cost advantages of developing a large-scale project in order to bring down housing prices.
      Now compare that with everything this video talked about, and all you hear is talking points of, "trust yourself, trust the process" bullshit. We're Filipinos guys, we don't have the same leverage like these folks so look towards people who have made it out already and pattern your success after them.

    I love that the dishes on the menu is not a fusion but an authentic representation of what they really are and should be. An argentinian beef is a steak grilled to perfection and seasoned well by an Argentinian fire master. The salad looked amazing looks like a ceasar, and the pastas of course is Italian and of course the coffee is pure Filipino. Identity and purity.

    I've been watching Erwan's blog since early days. While some people would shout "asawa ni Anne Curtis" now, I can say, it's a marriage of equals, am a fan of the family. I love and appreciate the creativity in gastronomy, travel, culture, way of life and taste. I love thats its not all mainstream, just quiet elegance❤. You can tell with this episode, humility that life lessons bring at the same time the skill set na develop. Humbling experience brings out honesty and thereby authenticity. Keep it up!!! love your vlogs!!! ❤

    I’m a crew member for a major US airline and I can vouch for the beef being best in Argentina. But South Korea also has great cuts of beef! Can’t wait to continue watching this episode.

    I watch Sir Erwan's vlog, he's so down to earth,humble. He's good in things he does. Sna affordable para ma try din ng ordinaryo tao. Or set a day in a month or week na may discount. Me & my kids love steak.

    i finished watching the whole video considering its almost an hour long video. It opened my eyes really gave me the back end scenes of doing business, opening a restaurant. Informative, and personal. Love the story about Nico's father. For me, its a great reference for those aspiring restaurant owners! Great respect to the whole team! I hope someday i can dine here. :)

    Sad truth about businesses owned by well-known people/tv personalities is that people actually know little about the hardships these businesses go through in order to flourish. Not to mention the negativity from online critiques who actually know nothing about business and how fast it could all go down in flames. Erwan, Nico, and their amazing team are making the impossible POSSIBLE. I never really cared so much for a youtube video/docu so as to make a long comment about it but I really enjoyed this one. You guys deserve all the good things and the ones that are yet to surely come! Kudos!

    The journey is just as important as the destination. I’m a food vlogger here in Davao and I’m excited to extend my food adventures to Cebu and Manila. CHINGOLO will definitely be my first stop when I visit my Dad in BF. :)

    I was so happy that you guys opened in Molito. Been wanting to try the beef for the longest time being an avid watcher of Erwan's videos and talking about food especially the beef and empanadas.
    Also had the pleasure of meeting Nico when we ate there. He was such a nice guy, and he talked about his vision about the restaurant.

    Nico's outfit is very Southie lifestyle look. The shorts and slippers are basically the uniform for anyone who lives in the South (Alabang-Parañaque-Las Piñas). I think he's a local already! Wherever we go, from the mall to parks and family functions, shorts and slippers all the way lol

    I watched the whole video, and Erwan was very humble. Humble enough to admit what went wrong in his business ventures, ultimately he learned from those failures. I always liked Erwan's vlog, he's championing Filipino culture and traditions. He supports Filipino farmers as well. I subscribed to him first before subscribing to Anne Curtis, I've always known him as Erwan Heusaff not "asawa ni Anne". Oh ! by the way I've always loved Nico Bolsico's funny bones :)

    I just have to say.. for those people that haven't gone through the stage of trying to find themselves and exploring, that's probably what Erwan was going through at the early stages of his career.. just be nice to people, you never know what's going on in their lives. Sometimes, you have to cut people a bit of slack.

    Never been to the restaurant yet but Chingolo beef available in the supermarkets is the best. Better than the Japanese beef which is on the same price point or sometimes more expensive
