The name of the first song is "In introduction to phantasmagoria" with the letters scrambled.
I can't figure out if Amechth'ntaas'm'rriachth has a hidden meaning too...

Been digging Demilich for more than 20 years, yesterday I found Timeghoul and today Chthe'ilist - fantastic!
I just heard Timeghoul today for the first time...3 years later

So good!! These dudes everything PHIL TOUGAS touches brings the gold !!
I really enjoyed the full length but this is so much better sounding. Vocals are higher in the mix, guitars have more body, the whole thing is just more “alive.”

The influence is undeniable, certainly, but Phil cites a wide variety of other Finnish bands as well as Timeghoul as influences, with the latter being more apparent in some of the more consonant, slow sections. Demilich "inspired" would be a better term, as that implies this band merely seeks to copy the aesthetic of Demilich and go no further, but this project has its own voice nonetheless, I think.

It seems pretty obvious from the text that this is Lovecraft / Cthulhu inspired.

I hear more Timeghoul than Demilich tbh, especially in the vocal rhythm/flow.
I like these guys because they know exactly what they are doing.
And yes, sounds similar to demilich, but it's not the fucking same, for christ's sake!
The sound is only imitation and taking influence from Demilich. Try out Biolich, I bet you got the point they are almost copying. Its not a bad thing they actually did a us tour with demilich back in 2006.
