Perfect timing on this video! Thank you! I will be attempting to back journal a trip from 2010! LOL. Luckily I kept a lot ephemera, took a lot photos which were then uploaded to Flickr with details. Wish me luck! 😂

That is so smart! To upload photos and keep a caption with it. Goodluck! That will be such a trip down memory lane!!!

Thanks for the inspiration to back journal. I travelled May-June 2023, I started the journaling during the trip but as often happens, I couldn’t keep up. I was debating how much I would back journal. Just the major events or attempt to do every day. Either way, I want to add to what’s there. In years to come, whatever little I accomplish will be better than nothing at all.

That is how I feel too! Each year that passes, anything to be able to look back on is better than nothing! even if it’s just paper scraps! It’s enough to evoke a memory.

I love that you’re sharing this! I’m also currently memory keeping in a TN of my first holiday in Japan with my baby in March. By the way, your videos about your trip were so helpful to me when I was preparing for mine. Your tip about looking for stickers in ¥100 shops was genius ☺️. Thank you for your great videos! ❤

You’re so brave to travel Japan with a baby haha I have not done it yet and by the time I do I will have 3 kids 😆 I’m so glad my stationery Japan video was helpful to you!

@@journalwithjas I should say I’m in Australia so it’s only a 10-hour flight with a one-hour time difference. It was good training for possible bigger trips in the future. Travelling with three babies would be wild 🙃, but the memories may be worth it!

Great tips! I do document food and spots through pictures, so I can go back to these for journaling, I too have a backlog on my Japan/Korea trip from May/June this year!

Thank you for sharing your tips, they are so helpful!! I wish I had found you before recording/sharing a giant video about my trip to Japan and journaling everything in random order, haha! I am still glad I got some of it down but now I can do my future ones without stressing, ha! Loved this video too :).

At least you are journaling about it! That is a win!
