Very well done. We live in a disposable society. It's nice to see a quality tool brought back from the dead to peak performance, to be used for many years to come 👍🏽

Fantastic!! If i want restore my tool's bateries...where can i buy the materials for do It? Amazon, eBay, AliExpress? Thanks from Spain 🇪🇦 Link please!!!
If you buy one, a cheap one will break apart pretty quickly (also, using one, you need to know exactly how to operate it because you can damage it easily). If you make one...well, as long as you follow the proper procedure and build it as strong as you can, it's a better tool than the cheap one you can buy, mostly because you'll be able to fix it on the cheap each time you break something on it. Key points being. Strong connections (no bottlenecks), good grounding, beefy copper points, cleaning said copper tips each time you're using it, lots of tests to figure out what works, what doesn't.
@Schwalbe262 Hmm insurance would never cover anything if you play around with stuff like that. Thats why I also would never alter something on a car that is not street legal for example. (Just imagine hitting and hurting someone and have to pay for the rest of your life cause of some stupid shit^^) maybe its just me. I would feel uncomftable ^^
What type of grease did you use for regreasing it? I was expecting you did a proper shoot of the grease container on the video. Can I put any grease i can find on market? Tq
I\'m not sure but ,if anyone else wants to discover battery reconditioning business try t.co/YpdloYO92F ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my neighbor got great success with it.
I think the cells you chose weren't high current cells and they need to be high current so that they don't degrade super fast. From the capacity on the battery, it looks like the original cells were 1.5 Ah each.

Not 14
I love the pleasant ringtone when the battery is charged. Anyways top work!
Reminds Me To That Of Basketball
Do do do do, dodo... CHARGED!!!
Didn't know Makita would sing to you!
The Ropes of Renovation Yes Because That Chime Is Similar To A Game Of Basketball
@@PVZBlover But I am not sure what one has to do with the other. =)
I really liked the batttery 'restoration' . That's exactly how i 'restore' things! :-)
Thank you!
You are getting really good at restoring things. Well done.
Very good, excellent, your work is beautiful and calm, and the video was not displayed quickly. Thank you very much
I like the music that these makita chargers play when batteries are done charging.

Great restoration as always.. i noticed the spot welding machine, is it something expensive or is it more convenient to build an homemade one?
If you buy one, a cheap one will break apart pretty quickly (also, using one, you need to know exactly how to operate it because you can damage it easily).

I think build a homemade is batter choice.
Thanks for the suggestions
I don’t know if it is worth the risk to build your own battery pack. I mean I would have concerns that my house burns down 24/7.

time 11:46, the paper diagram is a bit confusing, 18650 (3.7v x 8 )= 29.6v ??, or 4v x 8 = 32v?? please explain

Hi I was wondering, what is the powder you use when cleaning the plastic parts?
It is backing soda.
Was that fluid just water and baking soda or something else? I need the restore the casing on my Makita plastics
Yes, just baking soda and warm water, I do it all the time for cleaning plastic
Wow fantastic, is it you job too? Or you just do it just for fun? Do you find these damaged power tools online?
I've always wondered what grease is used to lubricate all this parts can you help?
I use kixx grease number 2.
What type of grease did you use for regreasing it? I was expecting you did a proper shoot of the grease container on the video. Can I put any grease i can find on market? Tq
I used kixx grease number 2. Yes you can use any grease that you can find, but you should find grease for small gears system.
Brother the Socket set you have is it 3/4 Or 1/2?
I like King Tony sockets. Thanks for the video
You know it, I really like it too.
Very good 👍👌👍

Goooooooooood Restoration
Thank you!
You should buy zinc solder to solder the battery
Never. Battery would explode from too much heat. That is the reason for spot welder.
You could drop the model number here.
@@gear_show o modelo é Makita td090d

what's kind of this motor ? I did not see any brushes
Excellent, great job!!!
This is just unreal.👍👍👍
Is there a concern with a lack of cell balancing by using the original charger?
he most likely balanced them off camera with a rc car charger
I don’t know what kind of microphone you used, but the sound effects are great!
Excelente Parabéns
Obrigada!
Bro wer did u find tht cordless drills
Thank you!
Thanks 👍👍
Wow. Wow. Wow

What sand paper you used (300, 1400 etc ?). Thanks.
How did you do not restore the electromagnetic brake?
I think the cells you chose weren't high current cells and they need to be high current so that they don't degrade super fast. From the capacity on the battery, it looks like the original cells were 1.5 Ah each.

ASMR driving me crazy!!🤯
Good job !!!
Great job my friend! What grease do you use?
what grease did you use ?
Beautiful. But it seems more like a preventive maintenance work than a restoration. Where did you get those batteries? Greetings.
Yes, you're right. I get those batteries from China shop.
great work !
how many ahs is it after baterry restoration??
It is 4.4 Ahs

Isnt wd40 bad for all the plastic bits in there?
Hi Sir, What is the size of the both hexagonal socket ? Can you share, please.
Hi Azetiman Red! The both hexagonal socket are 30 and 32.

If my battery chargers made that sound id throw them lol
you can adjust the sound, or turn it off completely.

Sounds like the electronic breaking isn't working. Can be fixed by replacing the trigger
What was wrong with it before you took it apart??!!
Nothing just fuckedup batteries and dirty! :-)
With my previous video ua-cam.com/video/GiauQUwnqfM/v-deo.html
Looks like the gears were all jammed up with gunk and debris, that's what happens when the oil gets dirtier and dirtier
