If you think about it rally is such an odd spectacle because it's like "well we closed these roads to go really fast on them and if you want to see it you can come watch I guess" not with these big grandstands, pre-sold tickets etc
That actually is pretty well summed up.
The difference between Ott and the regional drivers is massive. These conditions show clearly the difference between professionals and amateurs.😊

I don't know the specific but, usually, with road vehicles turned racing cars, you get better suspensions (more adjustment and finer tuning), more hp, usually lighter wheels, lighter body (no ac, no radio, no rear seats, etc) and better aerodynamics the farther you go up the ladder.
@@AndrewLewer90 i know what's a wrc or a wrc2 or a rally 2 etc etc...but it always surprised me how far the wrc are from the rest😊

Should be on turbo platform with 4 wheel drive, GT2 RS has it I think.... But it's hell of a lot more expensive, and not to talk about obviously not a rally/suitable for racing, waay over torquy engine, but would be fun, imagine being homologated and some nut job taking it on rallying :DD
@@bits2646They're all rear wheel drive. You can see the first one oversteering suddenly.

Even though Rally1 cars have much less grip and downforce that '20/'21 WRC cars, you can clearly see how much more grip and control it has compared to R3/R4/R5 cars, especially in that shit weather/conditions like here...
It hasn't. The thing is that the Rally1 car was driven by a top-level World Rally Champion with 20 years of rallying experience.
Some of the lower classes require your car is still road legal.

@@playlists1168 als iemand door een hek rijd en zen auto kapot gaat , zou ik er niet mee lachen want deze sport kost meer dan een inkom kaartje . ik heb nog nooit gelachen als iemand van de weg gaat , maar dit zijn mensen zonder verstand en onbenul van hoeveel dit allemaal kost om 1 rally mee te rijden .
