I had the same issue with my heart! I wore the cardiac halter for A MONTH!!! It came back normal and none of my doctors (3) said anything about menopause, they just treated me like a hypochondriac 😞 The cardiac symptoms are gone now Thankfully ❤
Thank you sooo much Kari. I have most of what you spoke about . I, just out of the blue have this itch on my back. I have no rash. My doctor thinks it's an allergy to something but my diet hasn't changed. It just itches like crazy.😢. I told him I think its hormonal. I also suffer from pain in my right shoulder. That came out of nowhere as well. Smh. I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes. 😢
I am so glad I found this!! The air hunger, describes EXACTLY what I've been going through the past few months, holy cow! Also tendinitis. Thank you SO much!!
I'd like to add that having parsley and cilantro tea is really good for your bladder and kidneys. You notice difference right away. I also add some sliced ginger and lemon and I boil everything for 10 minutes into a tea.
Omg, I get rashes all the time on my stomach. I had no idea why. So itchy. I was having the issue with my lungs and thought it was covid lol. Had a frozen shoulder too. Thanks for the info
Thank you Kari, peri menopause symptoms have gradually introduced themselves over the last few years but the frozen shoulder was definitely the worst. I also have all the skin issues and my weirdest symptom is the zappy static shocks that I give myself - what’s that about?
I am so glad I found this I have most of these just at the Doctor last week with the heart thing he sent me for a EKG nothing showed I thought I was losing my mind thank you❤
Me too l got hooked up to a halter monitor for 24hrs…. and nothing! I’ve been on cholesterol & blood pressure meds for about 6 years during the peri menopause phase for hypertension and still on them today at post due to the hypertension that still exists after peri into post. I keep dreaming that one day l will be getting off these meds but post menopause and all it’s symptoms won’t allow 🙅
Omg holter monitor etc looks like I have company, the ear feels like a swooshing noise as though blood pressure increases or heart pounding. Allergies are bad. Sinus congestion. Breathing difficulties.... so glad you made this video. Frozen shoulder took me years to get back to normal.
I am always shocked by the amount of symptoms I have and the fact that I am still functioning every day with all those symptoms.😂 Women truly are the stronger sex.😉
Oh wow, the swooshing sound in my ears happens to me too, so terrifying. I also see pulsing in my eyes sometimes and worry about that too and yes spondylitis , itchiness, air hunger and migraines added to the list. Lol. The health anxiety is driving my family crazy. 😒
Yeah, that ear thing I've described as sounding like the marching hammers in Pink Floyd's The Wall. I figure that's related to the rapid heartbeat and shortness of breath which are related to the brushes with anemia (iron and B12) and dehydration which stem from weeks of flooding, which are of course associated with estrogen dominance, which worsens the fibroids, which worsens the flooding, ain't we got fun? PC & GYN's solution: lop off any offending organs, that'll get rid of any extra parts that are showing up midlife. My solution: solve the hormone imbalance first, build back my nutrients & fluids, then maybe the body parts will behave. I was horrified. I'm like "if you won't provide me with hormone therapy now, why should I trust you to do so AFTER you've taken my insides out?" So I fired them both (yes, they're both women) and moved to another state where I can hibernate, stack supplements & bio-ids, and consume cannabis to my heart's and mind's satisfaction with my new home state's blessings. Thanks for all your vids!
Hi!..from Italy...I really love your videos!..I have various symptoms of perimenopause. ..I've also noticed that I have more freckles...could it be related to perimenopause?
I know changes in pigmentation of the skin and the appearance of new moles can occur in menopause but I have not heard of an increase in freckles.🤔It wouldn’t surprise me though.
I got tested for a uti last Tuesday and was told that it was negative and what I was experiencing could be due to vaginal atrophy. I've started to drink a ton of water. Before now I had no idea that changes in estrogen could cause all these changes.
It is most likely vaginal atrophy. It can cause the most uncomfortable feelings in the area including feeling like you have a uti. You can get estrogen cream which will help(if you can use hormones) or moisturizer and lubricants to keep the area from being overly dry. It sucks! I should do a video dedicated to that topic.
Thank you for this video. I have noticed foot and ankle swelling along with low back pain. There are days when my mobility is almost non-existent without a cane. I know for liability reasons you can't suggest anything. However I have noticed positive results by increasing my water intake. Again thanks for the video...also will all of these symptoms usually go away after "the reign of terror " or are most of us stuck with this foolishness? Thanks in advance for reading and possible assistance. Hang in there lading we really are in this together. Blessings and peace to you all 😊❤
Many women feel better in post menopause while others continue to struggle. Many of my peri symptoms eased in post menopause but I still struggle with several symptoms.
It sometimes feels like I’m pregnant going through all this . Breasts are huge and tender I finally start my period a week later my breasts become huge and tender all over again.
I’m still confused with the difference between pre- menopause and menopause, symptom wise. In others words is there a difference between the symptoms of both? Will I continue to feel this way forever?? I am so scared.
During perimenopause high estrogen and estrogen dominant symptoms are more likely such as breast tenderness, mood changes, bloating and headaches. After menopause(in post menopause) low estrogen symptoms are more likely such as vaginal atrophy, night sweats, hot flashes and insomnia. Symptoms can occur in both stages like anxiety, dryness, brain fog and fatigue. Many of my perimenopause symptoms eased up in post menopause. I still have symptoms but with a clean diet, liquid collagen, a trebiotic, exercise and working on sleep I manage much better and feel better.
@@withurshield931 Anxiety is common but can really affect quality of life. How is your gut health? A healthy gut will help balance hormones and make sure serotonin and dopamine levels are healthy and adequate. 90% of your serotonin and 50% of your dopamine reside in your gut. @@KariAnneWright gut health is fine. No problems so far (knock on wood). I did have a bad case of gas after eating a hamburger last month but that’s it. I’ve also have no appetite, for no reason. @@princessjody1965 I have a video about what vitamins are important that may be useful to you but to summarize: Vit. D, Calcium, Magnesium, B12, and omega 3 are the top 5 vitamins that all middle aged women should be taking. I also take a chewable multi just to be sure. Don’t overdo the calcium. Very small amounts a couple times a day. Too much is not good. I also don’t take the b12 and omegas every day. Every few days. I also find that the vegan based omega supplements are much easier on the stomach. Fish oils can be harsh. Hope this helps.
