People don't realize how difficult it is to do vocal melodies for this kinda of stuff...the voice on that woman is incredible. Kudos to Tigran and all the musicians as well. A joy to listen to, as always.
She is my favorite vocalist. Her name is Areni Agbabian.
If you have the chance, listen to her solo work, it's really different from what she did with Tigran but there's some incredible music there. She's also a great pianist btw.
Still sad that their collaboration came to an end so soon, to be honest. Shadow Theater really was something.

@@wonderfalls2 I don't know for sure but that doesn't seem likely. She did sing on "Song for Melan and Rafik", track 2 from Mockroot though! Another incredible performance.

Great how the voice and the sax blend in together. I thought first there were 2 female voices (so apart from that of Tigran), was looking for the second one, then I realised it is the sax doubling up on the female singer ... An amazing composition.
