Fuel pressure issues at idle (bad fuel regulator)

2006 Dodge Durango 4.7 207xxx miles
Is this normal? The fuel pressure is constant when the gas is applied.
This is believed to be a bad fuel regulator shown by the vibrating needle, this is also an intermittent issue and does go away.
Normal fuel pressure is 44 to 54 PSI

I have the same motor but in a 1500 and have the same fuel pressure gauge and the same thing my truck stalls when and idles low

Did you change the fuel pump?

CATS ended up being plugged and also causing P0300 random misfire code. not sure its related or not.
