- The HDS68 Is a Nylon Shell Ejecting Break Action Double Barrel Nerf Shotgun which kinda looks like a K.O version of the Foam a Nature 3D printed Blaster. This blaster can shoot any Nerf, Dart Zone, Adventure Force, Worker or Koosh darts that can fit in the shells.
Special thanks to MECH POTATO for helping me to bring in this blaster for this review, because buying it in a foreign website is a little too complicated for me, not to mention that the language barrier that I am facing when I am looking for this blaster.

6:53 yeah I don’t really recommend shell ejecting over hard floor for that reason. This is coming from somebody who owns this gun

amazon has this blaster but it has an orange tip because in the US to sell toy guns it has to have an orange tip and bright colors because some of these blasters look like real fire arms

Maybe try get used to spinning a Nerf strongarm 1st, the strongarm got me started on blaster spinning back then.

I think the way to do this would be to make custom shells that will hold 4 small rubber balls (like the hyper balls used in Nerf hyper blasters.)

Actually I've ordered a similar blaster with the mentioned shell's function, but it fires 3 tiny basic glock foam darts
The foam-a-nature this appears to be modeled after can use a variety projectiles with spring thunder shells.

I have no idea if you'll read this, but if you can, can you see how big the shells are? I have an actual foam of nature (Unfortunately broken) and I really want to see if this thing could 1: take the spring from it and 2: use the spring thunder shells!

if you let the barrel fall free to eject the shells, wont it eventually break from the hinge? same question for the JH 686
I've played with it pretty often, so far it still works and no sign of breaking yet, perhaps the hinge was design to be robust?

A double derringer, the priming mechanic is a little weird until I realized that it looks like an "oversized" Nerf Jolt. The fact that it's got such a short range means that it's really a hold-out blaster for close quarters combat - especially if you fire both barrels at once. The thing looks a little to "short" barrel-wise than an actual sawed-off shotgun. Makes me wonder though, if there's actually a longer version 3rd party double-barrel break-action nerf shotgun.

Also this is probably not the best blaster to use in competitive wargaming. Especially since it only fires "slugs" and without a proper sight, it's basically impossible to make those nerf darts land on anything you aim at.
maybe for CQB where you don't have to aim to much
but it still is a rip off version of ethriens "foam a nature" shotgun.
