I should have posted this a while ago, but your channel (among others) helped get my family through the pandemic with awesome brisket, smoked ribs (the 3-2-1 video) and so so so may other crazy why-didn’t-we-think-of-that recipes.

How do you not have a TV show on Food Network?!?!?
Honestly she’s probably better off this way. She keeps her creative freedom and can do what she wants, how she wants, when she wants. Too many of the “legacy media” channels bring in their own “consultants” to control things. Online media is the future and she obviously already can do a great job. I wouldn’t want her to sell her soul to the Guy Fieri Network.

Congratulations are in order. But I do have to be a critic. Everything is indoor? Bbq and smoking is outdoor. Do you have an outdoor setup also?
Yes. The wall opposite the counter folds completely open to a patio where all the smokers live.
