good resume of the topic. doubt it can be considered "done well" if voltages and charge behaviour would perfectly be compatible. especially considering that the GH7 comes without native charger. all they accomplished for me was going for two patona protect BLK22's and it's cheap patona BLK22 dual charger for the price of a single pana BLK22. that's like a whopping 135.- vs. 55.- pana vs patona battery price alone. absolutely insane to charge 270.- for like two lousy 2kmAh batts in "value".

Thank you. Its crazy how much Panasonic charge for the official batteries and chargers and I find it a bitter pill to swallow that they stopped supplying them with new cameras and no saving has been reflected, the price has only gone up. I am completely on board with 3rd party batteries and chargers, I haven't used the Patona brand specifically but I have plenty of others. I did a price comparison on some here compared to the official Lumix ones, its a crazy difference ua-cam.com/video/zXUaKBQUMIU/v-deo.html
