Interviews of this nature are often filled with statements that sound appealing but tend to be superficial. With over 8 billion people on Earth, any field you choose will already have thousands of individuals who are more skilled or dedicated. Just because someone like Kobe Bryant trains at 4 a.m. does not mean others should be discouraged from pursuing basketball. Finding a niche that isn't already saturated is close to impossible...
He's not saying that. He's saying to find a niche you are equally obsessed with as kobe is with basketball, so that you have the upper hand in your craft because of your obsession.
@@kalobrogers235the 4am reference is somewhat generic. The truth is that to be exceptional, multiple components are needed, including good sleep and many other factors.
I just listen to the audio, have no interest in staring at a bald, goofy looking white guy who likely has wife that looks like him. Or some chemo hair looking lesbo samoan.
