When you drive up Anderson lane like on that video and you go past burnet then turn right on Woodrow ave. there is a hidden little restaurant called Little Deli Pizzeria that is amazing they have benches outside and you can bring your own wine or beer and have amazing sandwiches ,pizza and salads . The whole family will love it I promise . When the covid laws are more lenient we will be back to hanging out there for a glass of red wine and a slice . Also the Domain area going north is nearly never packed unless your on the 183 exiting to burnet or trying to merge on to the MoPac but if your just using the MoPac for the most part there is no traffic . Although I love north Austin and I live on Parmer across the new Apple campus I still wish I could save some extra cash and live in Muller park by the Thinkery it’s my dream area to raise my kids . If I didn’t have kids and had money I’d live on Rainy with a view of the water haha and if I was hip and retired I’d live on Lamar right past Barton springs on Collier street area because of the vibe and food scene . Top three pics for me . ( I had to do an edit overhaul on this whole comment I was in car and severely trashed the English language and a few directions lol it never gets old .)
Hi watched a few of your videos...curious do you have any recommendations where a empty nesters should buy or even lease....my son will graduate from high school soon few years. I am a teacher 12 years in and will probably continue to work in the education sector not in the traditional classroom setting...
Hello! I love your videos, they are very informative. I’m planning to move near zip code- 78758, 78748 around north. Ideally within 10-15mins to Domain, safe and nice neighborhoods. Could you please suggest where I have a good buying option under 400k? Also are there any apartments open for sale in Austin? Thank you !
Definitely beautiful homes in Northwest Hills. The neighborhood can feel magical to drive through.
I grew up on Far West. My favorite neighborhood in Austin. Wish I could still afford to live there.
Northwest Hills is nice as all the areas around it are, but I had to be close to a heart hospital so I had to buy a place south of Allendale.
