Looking at todays numbers what are your thoughts? I believe in this hydrogen movement but buying them at such low prices now almost seems too good to be true. Thoughts?? Thank you for your time!
The "Hydrogen stocks" are hopeless losers because none of the electrolyzer companies can deliver industrial-scale capacity. They only offer small-scale electrolysis capacity, so they can't provide anything but small-scale revenue. Small-scale revenue will never eclipse their operating budget, so they cannot show a profit (earnings). Small-scale electrolyzers cannot make enough H2 from water to reduce CO2 output at an industrial scale, so they are irrelevant. Renewable energy is coming on line quickly, but to reduce global warming, one must decarbonize all of the greenhouse gas emitting sectors -- transportation, agriculture, residential & commercial building and industrial sources (primarily concrete, glass, steel and industrial chemicals). That means we must create decarbonized fuels such as green ammonia, whereby we take cheap and abundant renewable energy and split water into cheap hydrogen and oxygen. Then, humanity can remove nitrogen from the air (air is 78% Nitrogen) and, using the Haber Bosch method, combine the green H2 and N to make green ammonia (NH3). Ammonia, as a "liquid carrier of hydrogen fuel," can carry more hydrogen/BTUs by volume at a reasonable temperature and pressure than gaseous or liquid hydrogen. Large-scale electrolyzers (no existing electrolyzer manufacturer can provide) would allow green ammonia to fuel and power all greenhouse gas emitting sectors.

Should revisit this topic. Japan just launched red hydrogen created from nuclear that could be game changer. Is there a way to invest in Japanese hydrogen?
I agree the timing is crucial here - certainly shouldn't be all-in kind of move, but it's a great long term play when you get in on a good level. Hard to imagine though we'll see the same levels we saw a year ago 🧐
Hi Mohamed - thanks. I did take a look at AFC Energy - don't know much about them, but looks like the valuation also ran quite a bit ahead of their revenue picture. It looks like they only had GBP 1.1m signed commercial orders as of June 2021 with the market cap being at GBP 470m. Let's hope they can grow fast to catch up to their valuation....
Agree. Kinda strange to recommend this, but check out the XLE ETF as well. In the last video I just put out, I talk about how much further is has to run up to catch up to where oil is trading. The truth is the traditional energy companies are also catching up to the renewables and will be one of the major investors into hydrogen...
It was never that low in all of 2022 but did get to $11.54-$12 end of December 2022. Today it's now $17. I should have bought it when I had the chance. I'd watch NKLA. New CEO just took over after the Trevor Milton debacle. They have to do some good PR work to improve their relations with the investors he screwed over.
Puleez buy these stock i need them to go up i need my money back. , its crap ,,,nikola is barely a dollar a share ,,plug and bloom no better. , this guy hit it wrong as hell and fuel cell energy is around 4 dollars. Do your research this guys going to cost a lot of people their money dont be one of them
